Maybe buying additional fluff will help. Edit: Customer service was amazing and quick to get some additional fill sent to me! I think that will make all the difference!

Great customer service and long lasting product I ordered a new cover for our comfy sac but wasn’t sure what size we have. We’ve had this one for many years, it’s in great shape and we’re only looking for a color change. I called in after hours and left a message. When I received the return call the next morning the person immediately identified themselves and said they were returning my call. I appreciated that because I frequently get spam calls from other places and didn’t recognize the number. I’m glad I picked up. Looking forward to our new cover.

Cannot thank you enough Cannot thank you enough! We ordered our comfy sack without measuring the space we intended to place it (don't do that!) It has taken us quite a bit of time to find what works for our space, but Comfy Sack's customer service could not have been more helpful throughout the process.

Very Helpful Support Reached out because my 7.5ft lounger was seeming a little less fluffy than it originally was. Contacted support to try to buy more stuffing, but they ended up sending me a refill for free. Amazing!
