Very Helpful Support Reached out because my 7.5ft lounger was seeming a little less fluffy than it originally was. Contacted support to try to buy more stuffing, but they ended up sending me a refill for free. Amazing!

Order Lost - Replaced Immediately There was a delivery problem early on that was not the Comfy Sack's fault (FedEx screwed up). The customer service rep Janice was super nice and helpful in resolving the delivery issue and even offered to reimburse part of the cost for the inconvenience. Comfy Sacks went above and beyond to make sure my order was complete and that I was satisfied with my order and delivery, which I definitely am. I cant say enough about their customer service. Amazing! Thank you!! (and thank you for the generous bonus :-))

The best Sac in the house The comfy sac has been one of the best purchases we have made for our home. Due to covid we haven't been able to fully "use" our comfysac in a party environment, but we're looking forward to it! The tank video is what sold us, but the product as well as the customer service is what made us leave a review. We're excited to see all the service this sac gets ;)

Exemplary Customer Service… I want to acknowledge a Customer Service Representative by the name of Janice…..In my estimation this woman went above and beyond her job description. I had an issue with a product I had previously purchased as a Xmas gift for my son. Her professionalism and communication skills are exemplary and her ability to reach a solution to my problem was completed in a short amount of time. As a consumer there r very few companies who hire and train their employees to handle consumers to the level that your company has. Your company should definitely recognize Janice as an invaluable Customer Service employee. Happy with Purchase! I wanted to give this comfy sack some time before I write a review. Overall, it was a very positive experience. I ended up with an underfilled sack, and the company reached out quickly to get me for stuffing! It arrived super fast and I'm definitely pleased! Their customer service is off the charts and that is hard to find these days!
