GBHappy with Purchase! I wanted to give this comfy sack some time before I write a review. Overall, it was a very positive experience. I ended up with an underfilled sack, and the company reached out quickly to get me for stuffing! It arrived super fast and I'm definitely pleased! Their customer service is off the charts and that is hard to find these days!

CAThere is a reason they are called Comfy September 25, 2023 When I emailed Comfy Sac because I was having trouble on line, the response was quick, friendly followed by a smooth transaction. Looked on line at the other companies but one reason among others like the price was I'm an Apple guy and if Apple approves, then so shall I. Great and comfy for two adults and our 60 pounder springer spaniel named Ray. I have the 7.5' micro suede royal blue lounger which is great forefather a lounger or a couch once pushed up to the wall but, not through it..lol.. Also purchased 2 matching pillows in the royal blue micro suede. There is a reason they are called Comfy. Hey sounds like a good for a t-shirt.. Get one. Bob/Canada

GBGreat customer service and long lasting product I ordered a new cover for our comfy sac but wasn’t sure what size we have. We’ve had this one for many years, it’s in great shape and we’re only looking for a color change. I called in after hours and left a message. When I received the return call the next morning the person immediately identified themselves and said they were returning my call. I appreciated that because I frequently get spam calls from other places and didn’t recognize the number. I’m glad I picked up. Looking forward to our new cover.

GBHigh quality and excellent value! You won't find a foam sack of this quality at a better price. All seams are double stitched and the both the inner liner and outer cover is double zippered. -- That being said there's one small issue with the foam not decompressing all the way leaving some outer edges hard and uncomfortable. This however can be remedied with a little work, you can fish the pieces out and tear the hard parts off and after hearing of my experience with the hard foam the company got in contact with me and was happy to send replacement foam. Shipping was extremely fast, it arrived the very next day. Was initially disappointed because of the hard pieces, but it's easily fixed and overall now very pleased with an excellent value product.

GBFlat sack, but fixed quickly! [ORIGINAL RATING 2/25/21: 3 STARS] We ordered 3 different bags. One 3ft, one 4ft, one 7ft. The 3- & 4-ft models are good on stuffing, but the the 7-ft sack doesn't. Even with a child laying on it instead of an adult, and after "fluffing up" the bag, it still goes flat. We did a lot to "air-out" the sacks when they arrived, and we have now waited the recommended 5 days but the problem persists. [UPDATE 3/1/21] ComfySacks responded quickly regarding my issue and is already shipping out additional foam fill for my 7-ft sack. When I sent them a picture of it they said "oh, yeah, that's definitely under-filled" and got right on it. Excellent customer service and I couldn't be happier! This is how customer service should be everywhere.
