It has taken us quite a bit of time to find what works for our space, but Comfy Sack's customer service could not have been more helpful throughout the process.

Excellent Customer Service I first reached out to customer service about the ordering process and methods of payment. The response was fast, extremely helpful, and kind. The order process was seamless and it felt as though my order was a priority as I got a shipping notification the same day!

Website and delivery were easy Website and delivery were easy and on time. I love the feel of the cover purchased but even after giving it days to fluff, it's not as fluffy as I'd hoped. Maybe buying additional fluff will help. Edit: Customer service was amazing and quick to get some additional fill sent to me! I think that will make all the difference!

I ended up with an underfilled sack, and the company reached out quickly to get me for stuffing! It arrived super fast and I'm definitely pleased! Their customer service is off the charts and that is hard to find these days!
