GBOrder Lost - Replaced Immediately There was a delivery problem early on that was not the Comfy Sack's fault (FedEx screwed up). The customer service rep Janice was super nice and helpful in resolving the delivery issue and even offered to reimburse part of the cost for the inconvenience. Comfy Sacks went above and beyond to make sure my order was complete and that I was satisfied with my order and delivery, which I definitely am. I cant say enough about their customer service. Amazing! Thank you!! (and thank you for the generous bonus :-))

GBWebsite and delivery were easy Website and delivery were easy and on time. I love the feel of the cover purchased but even after giving it days to fluff, it's not as fluffy as I'd hoped. Maybe buying additional fluff will help. Edit: Customer service was amazing and quick to get some additional fill sent to me! I think that will make all the difference!

GBFlat sack, but fixed quickly! [ORIGINAL RATING 2/25/21: 3 STARS] We ordered 3 different bags. One 3ft, one 4ft, one 7ft. The 3- & 4-ft models are good on stuffing, but the the 7-ft sack doesn't. Even with a child laying on it instead of an adult, and after "fluffing up" the bag, it still goes flat. We did a lot to "air-out" the sacks when they arrived, and we have now waited the recommended 5 days but the problem persists. [UPDATE 3/1/21] ComfySacks responded quickly regarding my issue and is already shipping out additional foam fill for my 7-ft sack. When I sent them a picture of it they said "oh, yeah, that's definitely under-filled" and got right on it. Excellent customer service and I couldn't be happier! This is how customer service should be everywhere.
