GBI ordered a 7ft bean bag on Tuesday of… I ordered a 7ft bean bag on Tuesday of last week with the quick ship option for $19 extra dollars. They didn't even put it in processing all that week or have a tracking number for me until the next Monday! Over a weeks worth of time.. Now it says it will be here this Thursday. The websit says 1-4 days with quick ship.. that was a lie.. Update: Problem corrected, Brad called explained everything to me, honest mistake was upset because I didn't have an ETA on arrival. Other than that, very satisfied, customer service ia awesome Brad is the MVP.

GBBEWARE. Dont buy. BEWARE. Comfysacks does not offer return shipping. If for any reason during the 30 day return period you want to return the product... too bad. The comfy sack is now 600% larger than it came to you... and you cant really get that monster back in a container to return it. Essentially this means their return policy is worthless.

GBOrder Lost - Replaced Immediately There was a delivery problem early on that was not the Comfy Sack's fault (FedEx screwed up). The customer service rep Janice was super nice and helpful in resolving the delivery issue and even offered to reimburse part of the cost for the inconvenience. Comfy Sacks went above and beyond to make sure my order was complete and that I was satisfied with my order and delivery, which I definitely am. I cant say enough about their customer service. Amazing! Thank you!! (and thank you for the generous bonus :-))
