Avoid this Company. Extremely poor Customer Service. Extremely poor company to do business with! The rug I received was totally different than the one I ordered. I made several attempts to contact them via website, email and text to arrange for the return/exchange. Approximately 1 1/2 weeks after inqueries I received an illegible email. I responded with my order number and request. To date I have heard nothing from this company. I have an unused, unusable rug in the closet! I cannot recommend this company.

The rug was also heavier (thicker) than I anticipated and really like the feel underfoot. Couldn’t be happier with the product and service.
