We are very happy with our new oushak … We are very happy with our new oushak carpet. It lies in a large room on a unique handcrafted floor. We were concerned about carpet colors and unusual floor features complementing each other. Most quality oriental carpets look great, but are often the dominant feature in a room. The floor becomes merely the canvas or as a frame to a picture. After a month long search we saw our carpet online and knew it looked just right, provided the colors on the web page came close to reality. Your website recognized this concern, so we jumped on the sale price (yes, there is always a sale) and we are happy we got this unique item.

I've had success ordering 2 rugs so… I've had success ordering 2 rugs so far. A little pricey, but the quality is definitely there. I wouldn't mind getting an annual email promotion as repeat customer. That said, they did offer 15% off my next purchase. The email responses to my questions were very much appreciated.

Mario went above and beyond! Purchased a beautiful hand knotted Oushak rug during their black Friday sale for my living area and it looks amazing. Mario was great, helped with multiple options and even helped with the color selection based on the color scheme of the room. Can't wait to purchase again!

Mixed Review Your rugs are beautiful and reasonably priced. Plus you have an amazing selection of colors and styles. Your rugs are over the top!! They rate way over 5 stars!! Unfortunately, your customer support isn’t good. Sorry to say, it leaves a lot to be desired with a very complicated return system in which you cannot get anyone to help you.
