Avoid this Company. Extremely poor Customer Service. Extremely poor company to do business with! The rug I received was totally different than the one I ordered. I made several attempts to contact them via website, email and text to arrange for the return/exchange. Approximately 1 1/2 weeks after inqueries I received an illegible email. I responded with my order number and request. To date I have heard nothing from this company. I have an unused, unusable rug in the closet! I cannot recommend this company.

Just perfect... I have been browsing for an antique Persian( Afghan) rug for a month or so, this company's website was very easy to use . Purchasing super efficient. I was so excited when my package arrived. It was securely wrapped!!! I enjoyed opening my gift to me!!! The rug is gorgeous and clean. I love it very much !!! Local place had some new wool rugs, for less dollars....but just not the color or style choices. Thank you so much.

Everything about ordering from Fine Rug… Everything about ordering from Fine Rug Collection was as promised, from getting the rug within days of ordering to getting a refund on the first rug that I ordered and ended up returning. I spoke with one of the people working at Fine Rug Collection who was helpful and courteous. I called him back, and he greeted me by name. Ordering and customer service can't get any better than that!

SCAM - Ordered 2 rugs, credit card charged, no merchandise ever received! After reading all the reviews and being impressed with the quality of the website and videos, I purchased two large persian rugs from Fine Rug Collection in May 2022. They immediately charged my credit card, and sent a UPS Tracking Number. However, UPS notes that the "tracking number has been created, but the seller has not contacted us yet". I have called and emailed numerous times to ask about the status and there has been no response. So I have initiated an investigation by my credit card company and the charges have been reversed. Seems like a total scam to me.

Mario went above and beyond! Purchased a beautiful hand knotted Oushak rug during their black Friday sale for my living area and it looks amazing. Mario was great, helped with multiple options and even helped with the color selection based on the color scheme of the room. Can't wait to purchase again!
