After a very edficient call to try and debug, they gave me the code to reorder a unit dree of charge. The support persone was very nice, polite and efficient. Although it is a bummer to have a defective product after a bit less than two years, the great customer service make me come back for the reat of the property irrigation

GBThe service person was patient with us, The service person was patient with us while she asked us to do step after step functions with our Orbit Watermaster. While she put us on hold several times she always told us ahead of time and they were short times. We eventually figured out that while power was going into the timer, no power was coming out which made our unit unusable.

I’ve been extremely happy with orbit products in general. The timer for my drip irrigation is so important to me and the dual one is superior to the single.
