GBWoah Woah. Just wow. Orbit’s exceptionally made products are only outdone by their industry leading warranty program. In a world where customer-care systems are intentionally designed to send the customer in infinite loops (to make the customer give up on a warranty claim), Orbits warranty claim system is too good. Woah. Beyond impressive. More than anything else, this is a matter of principle for me. You’ve got my life long loyalty.

GBI was having problems getting my device to connect, batteries weren’t registering from the devise to the app. I was having problems getting my device to read the batteries. After buying new batteries, the device still wasn’t working. I used the chat feature in the b-hyve app to discuss trouble shooting. All attempts we tried failed, the device was declared defective, so I was given a warranty code to replace my device. This impressed me very much. Thank you.

GBCustomer service rock! Customer service rock! The b-hyve cintroler was no longer working after the winter stop. After a very edficient call to try and debug, they gave me the code to reorder a unit dree of charge. The support persone was very nice, polite and efficient. Although it is a bummer to have a defective product after a bit less than two years, the great customer service make me come back for the reat of the property irrigation
