GBThe service person was patient with us, The service person was patient with us while she asked us to do step after step functions with our Orbit Watermaster. While she put us on hold several times she always told us ahead of time and they were short times. We eventually figured out that while power was going into the timer, no power was coming out which made our unit unusable.

GBI was having problems getting my device to connect, batteries weren’t registering from the devise to the app. I was having problems getting my device to read the batteries. After buying new batteries, the device still wasn’t working. I used the chat feature in the b-hyve app to discuss trouble shooting. All attempts we tried failed, the device was declared defective, so I was given a warranty code to replace my device. This impressed me very much. Thank you.

I have a number of Orbit products ( Orbit and B-hyve) that have served me well over years of use. This problem was unusual but addressed to my satisfaction.

GBWarranty pricess. The initial call was for… The initial call was for troubleshooting a bad controller and the agent provided me with a warranty number but failed to tell me that i needed to place an order. The call today was to follow up and I was informed that I needed to place an order for tge replacement and enter the number. Tge agent assisted me with the process throughout before terminating the call. Thank you!
