USGreat products and service I am slowly purchasing timers and trenching irrigation throughout the yard. This company offers affordable and simple-to-use products. I logged into the chat for a question I had regarding one of my timers. To my surprise, I was asked if a call would be okay from an agent, Vindell. He was very attentive, did live video chat, and was extremely helpful. Turns out the timer needed to be replaced. They sent a new one out that day. Incredible service and the other timers and hub have been a lifesaver so far. 10/10 recommend!

USI called with my problem I called with my problem, they answered quickly and said they would call me back if I didn't want to hold. Less than 3 minutes they were talking to me and no AI, a real voice. After some basic questions, I was walked through the paperwork for a replacement at no cost to me. AMAZING

I have a number of Orbit products ( Orbit and B-hyve) that have served me well over years of use. This problem was unusual but addressed to my satisfaction.
