GBGreat products and service I am slowly purchasing timers and trenching irrigation throughout the yard. This company offers affordable and simple-to-use products. I logged into the chat for a question I had regarding one of my timers. To my surprise, I was asked if a call would be okay from an agent, Vindell. He was very attentive, did live video chat, and was extremely helpful. Turns out the timer needed to be replaced. They sent a new one out that day. Incredible service and the other timers and hub have been a lifesaver so far. 10/10 recommend!

I have a number of Orbit products ( Orbit and B-hyve) that have served me well over years of use. This problem was unusual but addressed to my satisfaction.

The initial call was for… The initial call was for troubleshooting a bad controller and the agent provided me with a warranty number but failed to tell me that i needed to place an order. The call today was to follow up and I was informed that I needed to place an order for tge replacement and enter the number. Tge agent assisted me with the process throughout before terminating the call. Thank you!
