GBFuses were blowing when powering on They agreed to replace the unit given the circumstances of it failing. Will send unit in using the postage label sent to us. Communications were excellent and addressed my concerns.

GBReceived flat tire repair kit (analog #… Received flat tire repair kit (analog # 50122) as a gift. Numerous times used kit to fill car and bicycle tires that were slowly losing air and deflated from unexpected events. Customer rep Laura Gonzalez was very helpful after contacting company regarding problem with product. Although I have never purchased a product from slime this experience truly reflects how companies should do business. If I am ever in need of a slime product you have earned a customer for life.

GBI'm very appreciative of the response… I'm very appreciative of the response to remedy the problem with the tube that I originally purchased and the the issue with the next tube I was given. I like this product and have been through 5 tubes in the past 3-4 years due to the conditions of my surrounding. I live in AZ and ride on sidewalks but clearly the trees/bushes do not make it a friendly place for rubber tires. I will continue to purchase this product in the future as it does work, this last incident was a fluke where the valve became clogged from the slime itself.

GBSlime stands behind their product I have purchased several tie inflation products from Slime over the past few years. The last one was purchased about 9 months ago, and just stopped working. Called the company looking for assistance and their response was, sorry for the problem and we will be sending you a new one as a replacement. Received the replacement a few days later. What great customer service!
