GBI have a broken garage air pump station… I have a broken garage air pump station that broke. I was sent a return label and told that a replacement would be sent that day or the next. I have yet to get another response.

GBSlime stands behind their product I have purchased several tie inflation products from Slime over the past few years. The last one was purchased about 9 months ago, and just stopped working. Called the company looking for assistance and their response was, sorry for the problem and we will be sending you a new one as a replacement. Received the replacement a few days later. What great customer service!

GBI sent out an email about a concern I… I sent out an email about a concern I had with one of their products, they responded right away with information for me and also replaced a tube at no charge. Their products are really good, it's just that somewhere on my end, it went wrong! Very professional and very informative people working for this company!

GBI am writing truthfully on the slime… I am writing truthfully on the slime products I bought and am not a happy camper…. First it’s the “Deluxe Tire Tackle 13 piece “ bike tire repair & inflation kit …. I repaired my flat tires, I have five bikes …. with your products/ patches… the self adhesive ones that are in your repair kit…… Air them up and I alright … I can go riding in the morning…. Nope I go out the next morning and all of them are flat again….. so I went back to the store and bought another Slime Tire Tackle 33 piece ….. used them patches for my flat tires and Again same difference the self patches do not stick to the tube ….. so I’m pissed at this product that I’ve purchased from your guys and all I want for you to do is reimburse me for this repair kits that did not work for me …… I’m just being truthful with my review

GBAmazing customer service Amazing customer service. When I had trouble with my new inflator, I asked for assistance in figuring out what was wrong. Rather than trying to help with an unrecognizable problem, the company has sent a replacement at no charge. I’m very impressed and am now a life- long loyal customer! Thank you
