I purchased a tire inflator and haven’t… I purchased a tire inflator and haven’t had long. The cord attached to the adapter for the lighter was plugged in and would not. I looked snd sparks were coming from it so I shut off my car and pulled it out. The one wire was completely separated from the adapter. I wrote to your company and receive a response. I sent pictures and Fanassa took care of the problem and said they were sending a new one. I will be very happy when it comes snd I will very very unhappy if that doesn’t happen. Expecting good things and appreciate the very good customer service!!

I am writing truthfully on the slime… I am writing truthfully on the slime products I bought and am not a happy camper…. First it’s the “Deluxe Tire Tackle 13 piece “ bike tire repair & inflation kit …. I repaired my flat tires, I have five bikes …. with your products/ patches… the self adhesive ones that are in your repair kit…… Air them up and I alright … I can go riding in the morning…. Nope I go out the next morning and all of them are flat again….. so I went back to the store and bought another Slime Tire Tackle 33 piece ….. used them patches for my flat tires and Again same difference the self patches do not stick to the tube ….. so I’m pissed at this product that I’ve purchased from your guys and all I want for you to do is reimburse me for this repair kits that did not work for me …… I’m just being truthful with my review

Vanessa Vanessa, the operator or customer service representative, was very helpful. Kudos to her. She helped me out, big time. Verified my confidence in Slime products. Had a problem and Slime stood behind their product!

I'm very appreciative of the response… I'm very appreciative of the response to remedy the problem with the tube that I originally purchased and the the issue with the next tube I was given. I like this product and have been through 5 tubes in the past 3-4 years due to the conditions of my surrounding. I live in AZ and ride on sidewalks but clearly the trees/bushes do not make it a friendly place for rubber tires. I will continue to purchase this product in the future as it does work, this last incident was a fluke where the valve became clogged from the slime itself.

Fuses were blowing when powering on They agreed to replace the unit given the circumstances of it failing. Will send unit in using the postage label sent to us. Communications were excellent and addressed my concerns.
