GBI'm very appreciative of the response… I'm very appreciative of the response to remedy the problem with the tube that I originally purchased and the the issue with the next tube I was given. I like this product and have been through 5 tubes in the past 3-4 years due to the conditions of my surrounding. I live in AZ and ride on sidewalks but clearly the trees/bushes do not make it a friendly place for rubber tires. I will continue to purchase this product in the future as it does work, this last incident was a fluke where the valve became clogged from the slime itself.

GBI wrote a very negative review… I wrote a very negative review yesterday about not receiving return phone calls or emails. This morning, Pam from the company reached out in response via email and a personal phone call. She apologized for lack of prompt responses. I feel it is only fair to correct my review on that account. The reason I contacted "Slime" was because my container expanded and hardened. Pam said she will send me a return label so they can investigate. In turn, she will send me a replacement with "air compressor" only because I now have a Tesla. This car has foam inside the tires for a quiet ride, and not compatible with "Slime". ALSO, Tesla does not have a cigarette lighter to power the version I will return. She will send me a rechargeable portable air compressor, in return. Thank you.

GBGreat Customer Service I bought an inflator last year but blew the fuse immediately and that size and amperage was difficult for me to locate so an email to Slime Central was returned by Karen H. She kindly mailed some fuses to me, no problem. Then when I pulled out the unit to insert a fresh fuse, I found that the inline gauge had separated from the hose which made the unit unserviceable. Another message to Karen H. and problem fixed 👍 Thanks Karen

GBReceived part to fix my inflator Customer service should be fast. With triple record profits these Companies should do what’s right and put a couple dollars back into their Company. It’s frustrating to pay high dollar for something you get home and it’s broken. They should have folks answering the phones not emails . After all said and done. I got the part I needed to fix and tire inflator. And I appreciate getting the inflator going. And apologize for being rude.
