GBproblem with the pump We had a problem with the pump but when contacting Slime, they followed up immediately and went above and beyond and quickly replaced the pump.

GBI wrote a very negative review… I wrote a very negative review yesterday about not receiving return phone calls or emails. This morning, Pam from the company reached out in response via email and a personal phone call. She apologized for lack of prompt responses. I feel it is only fair to correct my review on that account. The reason I contacted "Slime" was because my container expanded and hardened. Pam said she will send me a return label so they can investigate. In turn, she will send me a replacement with "air compressor" only because I now have a Tesla. This car has foam inside the tires for a quiet ride, and not compatible with "Slime". ALSO, Tesla does not have a cigarette lighter to power the version I will return. She will send me a rechargeable portable air compressor, in return. Thank you.

GBSlime stands behind their product I have purchased several tie inflation products from Slime over the past few years. The last one was purchased about 9 months ago, and just stopped working. Called the company looking for assistance and their response was, sorry for the problem and we will be sending you a new one as a replacement. Received the replacement a few days later. What great customer service!

GBSuperior customer service All I can say is WOW. I've had a Slime inflator for several years and until a week or so ago it worked perfectly. All of a sudden it stopped filling properly and would shut off before reaching the set point. I went online and commented to customer service. I was asked for the receipt for a refund. Having no luck finding the receipt I sent back an email with a photo of the unit with the box and everything. The comment I got back was that without a receipt they could not provide a refund but were sending me a new upgraded replacement unit. I was truly amazed by Karen's solution.

GBVanessa Vanessa, the operator or customer service representative, was very helpful. Kudos to her. She helped me out, big time. Verified my confidence in Slime products. Had a problem and Slime stood behind their product!
