I was given all the info I needed to make a decision. He walked me through the order; it was mostly painless - except for having to pay at the end. Now, I'm just waiting for delivery. GBOne phone call One phone call, less than 5 minutes my part ( under warranty ) was in the mail box less than a week later. Napoleon has been the best grill I have ever had and I am glad I purchased from you guys!

GBReady to deliver unlike other vendors i tried. I went through two other vendors looking for a specific grill only to be informed days later that they were out of stock despite their ads claims. Kick Ass took my order and delivered in four days.

GBExcellent customer service ! I ordered the wrong part number and I was informed that I could order the right parts . Return the wrong part for a refund . I’m still waiting for the two different deliveries , not a fault of yours , FedEx said they couldn’t deliver the package because nobody was home . That was Bologna , I was here all day long and waiting for the delivery , even had the gate propped open so the driver would have easy access to the premises . Nick , your Salesman did an excellent job of handling my purchase . Thank you for your expertise . I will highly recommend your company to anyone who wants to have a great experience shopping for their needs .
