GB4 weeks and no merchandise 4 weeks and I still haven't received the product I ordered. Contacted their customer service, and they said "we'll check with the supplier." That was a week ago. (No email with tracking information was received from this company - over a week later I got an email from Fedex with a tracking number and some other company's name as the sender)

GBComing back for another order I originally purchased my grill and some accessories from Kick Ass Grills back in 2017. I was cleaning my grill the other day and noticed that my seer burner was starting to fail, so I thought that I had better order a replacement.
