One phone call One phone call, less than 5 minutes my part ( under warranty ) was in the mail box less than a week later. Napoleon has been the best grill I have ever had and I am glad I purchased from you guys!

Great Customer Care Had a problem trying to order on line so I called to get some help. Easily reached a live person who handled my issue flawlessly. My grill cover was received within the time frame quoted and was $10 less at Kick Ass Grills than other stores. Would definitely order from them in the future.

Representative help me with exactly… Representative help me with exactly what I needed. I have an old primo so was not sure what to order . The guy put me on the right parts to order.

As to ordering on line it was easy but… As to ordering on line it was easy but real tell sign is if the right product is sent and fits.Previous vendor sent the wrong size, in the process of returning their poor selection.

Highly recommend! I called to get help with an order of a grill and other parts for an outdoor kitchen. They were very helpful in making sure I had the components I needed and gave me a discount for purchasing a bundle, which was greatly appreciated. My order came quickly and we had no issues with delivery. It was all very easy. I would highly recommend them!
