GBAs to ordering on line it was easy but… As to ordering on line it was easy but real tell sign is if the right product is sent and fits.Previous vendor sent the wrong size, in the process of returning their poor selection.

GBKick Ass Customer Service Matt, Julie, Karen, and Vince were there the entire way with great communication during the ordering and shipment process. I ordered a cart and gas grill - it arrived damaged. I took pictures of the damaged parts and Kick Ass Grills quickly sent out the replacement parts. The Blaize pit is extremely high quality - looking forward to years of use! Thanks, it's nice to know that true customer service still exists!

GBComing back for another order I originally purchased my grill and some accessories from Kick Ass Grills back in 2017. I was cleaning my grill the other day and noticed that my seer burner was starting to fail, so I thought that I had better order a replacement. These guys are terrific to work with and surprised me with an early delivery. I highly recommend Kick Ass Grills for your consideration.

GBReady to deliver unlike other vendors i tried. I went through two other vendors looking for a specific grill only to be informed days later that they were out of stock despite their ads claims. Kick Ass took my order and delivered in four days.

GBHappy with the process.. I was perusing the internet for different grill options, and after looking at the choices at Kickass Grills, spoke with your representative (Nick, I think). I was given all the info I needed to make a decision. He walked me through the order; it was mostly painless - except for having to pay at the end. Now, I'm just waiting for delivery.
