Website was easy and intuitive to use, promo code was easy to apply, and I'm sure my Mom is going to love her beautiful Bouqet!

USThe jury is still out. The browsing/ordering process was pretty decent in my opinion. This is my first order from Bouqs. So, I cannot give more than 3 stars until after the bouquet has been delivered & I know the condition & how long the flowers last. Last year the local (to her) florist I ordered & had deliver failed horribly. Moldy nasty flowers.

USBouqs to the Rescue! I signed up for a Bouqs subscription service at Christmas and have been over the moon happy with the gorgeous, unique and healthy arrangements that have been coming monthly. Recently, one of the flower arrangements came a little under the weather so I reached out and received amazing customer service! The associate was kind, considerate and patient and solved my problem quickly and efficiently, and even gave me choices to resolve the issue.
