GBPlaced an order Placed an order. Order was accepted. Order never arrived. Agent said it was cancelled due to fraud and that they don’t have the capability to tell me when it’s cancelled. It’s 2024 get your business together.

GBUNhappy birthday?? These were for my Mom's birthday, she was hesitant to tell me but I finally made her- they were all limp and wilty, unhealthy, just not good at all. Very disappointed because this company is usually very lovely.

GBBouqs to the Rescue! I signed up for a Bouqs subscription service at Christmas and have been over the moon happy with the gorgeous, unique and healthy arrangements that have been coming monthly. Recently, one of the flower arrangements came a little under the weather so I reached out and received amazing customer service! The associate was kind, considerate and patient and solved my problem quickly and efficiently, and even gave me choices to resolve the issue. The Bouqs Company is outstanding across the board and it is very apparent that they value their customers!

GBExcellent choice of bouquets… Excellent choice of bouquets at good price points; flowers were delivered on time and were very fresh and artfully arranged. I’ll certainly order from Bouqs again.
