GBGrill Collection is a scam Grill collection is a scam. They advertise fair prices with free shipping over $300. I made a purchase, completed payment, then received innumerable updates over the first 5 days including pledges that their patrons' satisfaction is their highest priority. They then had the audacity to send me an email stating that shipping for my $350 item is $420, but that they'd pay 50% and only charge me $220 for shipping. First, half of 420 is 210. Secondly, this approach to scamming customers is not only unethical, but also illegal. I'm waiting to hear back from their customer support. But I will not hesitate to contact the BBB if they try to overcharge or to cancel my order. I encourage all readers to take the same approach.

GBStay away from this company Truthfully, worst buying experience ever. I would stay away from these people. Purchased two items on December 10. Several days later I was told they were backordered until December 20 and then until January. When the items showed up, the delivery guy would not let me inspect them and I was told I had to inspect them before accepting them. Delivery guy left to return them to the warehouse and then I was told shortly thereafter that I have to pay over $500 to have them redelivered. The entire process is flawed and incredibly unprofessional. Truthfully, I don’t think this company has any people working in the United States has all the support conversations were from across the world. I would stay away from this company.

GBGrill Collection is a black hole Grill Collection is a black hole. They appear to be legit but they took my order and sat on it. While having an email saying it was ready to be shipped, nothing happened, except getting endless marketing emails. Finally sent a message canceling the order--no response. Ordered the same item from a different vendor and it it already on its way with UPS tracking. Would avoid this vendor.

GBGreat Experience! Great website, great order-taking, excellent price, quick shipping-- I love these folks! There was one small issue regarding communications in the shipping process. Basically, the company and the shipper were not in step. Fortunately, I returned from a business trip early and was able to receive the grill. I hate to think of that box sitting in the rain at the end of my driveway for two days! Would I buy from them again? Absolutely! Would I recommend them to family and friends? Already have!

GBOrdering and paying for the product on… Ordering and paying for the product on aug. 20 before it was shipped did have set backs since we didn't receive the product untill Oct. 15. During the first part of the order we did received information about order and delay, however after we did have to request updated info on order and info was fast relayed back. Once shipped it all came together. After recieveing and assembling the napoleon bbq is a will built and cooking product.
