GBGreat communication and available parts I needed a fairly obscure part that most sites showed as unavailable. Grill Collection was the only website that indicated they had it available. I used the chat option on Grill Collection's website and they quickly confirmed it was in stock. I placed the order and received it quickly. It was great communication and quick delivery on a part no one else has.

GBPoor experience and glacial pace As far as I can tell, this is just a dropship company that orders directly from the factory in China and doesn't maintain warehouse stock. While they did eventually fulfill my order, it took over 7 months and a dozen follow-up emails. Overall, I don't recommend this company and won't do any future business with them. To add more detail: I placed an order in August 2023 for 4 grill accessories (a wok, a wok ring, a griddle, and some drip pans). They emailed that the items were backordered and would arrive in December, 4 months later; I replied that was unacceptable and I'd like a refund. Suddenly 2 of the 4 items were available to ship immediately, which I agreed to and received within a month. But it took until March of 2024 (7 months!) and multiple back and forth emails (including ignored requests for refunds on the outstanding items) before I received the final two items. To their credit, I did eventually receive all of the items that I purchased. But the experience was horrible, took forever, and I wouldn't recommend them. I'd be particularly wary of giving them hundreds of dollars for a grill.

GBStay away from this company Truthfully, worst buying experience ever. I would stay away from these people. Purchased two items on December 10. Several days later I was told they were backordered until December 20 and then until January. When the items showed up, the delivery guy would not let me inspect them and I was told I had to inspect them before accepting them. Delivery guy left to return them to the warehouse and then I was told shortly thereafter that I have to pay over $500 to have them redelivered. The entire process is flawed and incredibly unprofessional. Truthfully, I don’t think this company has any people working in the United States has all the support conversations were from across the world. I would stay away from this company.

GBGreat Experience! Great website, great order-taking, excellent price, quick shipping-- I love these folks! There was one small issue regarding communications in the shipping process. Basically, the company and the shipper were not in step. Fortunately, I returned from a business trip early and was able to receive the grill. I hate to think of that box sitting in the rain at the end of my driveway for two days! Would I buy from them again? Absolutely! Would I recommend them to family and friends? Already have!
