GBOrdering and paying for the product on… Ordering and paying for the product on aug. 20 before it was shipped did have set backs since we didn't receive the product untill Oct. 15. During the first part of the order we did received information about order and delay, however after we did have to request updated info on order and info was fast relayed back. Once shipped it all came together. After recieveing and assembling the napoleon bbq is a will built and cooking product.

GBPoor Delivery. Good Price Received grill today after almost 1.5 months from ordering. Shipped freight. Freight company was horrible and Grill Collection couldn't do anything about it. Blew off scheduled time which was a non-accommodating 9-6 pm. Second time around move date on us. Regardless, Grill Collection is responsible for delivery and missed two holidays waiting....

GBBroilmaster parts I received my ordered parts, as expected. There were a few details that generated this rating. 1.) The shipping expense was very costly, $60 as I recall, ~30% of the order. If I'd been willing to hunt for these parts on Amazon, I could have avoided this shipping expense. Also, some parts came "incomplete", needing to cannibalize the old assembly. This is not Grill Collections issue, although their order process clarification might have avoided this situation.

GBDid not receive the drawer I ordered Did not receive the drawer I ordered; an incorrect drawer was delivered instead. Now it's a hassle trying to get my originally ordered drawer and return the incorrect sized drawer. And, to top it off, Grill Collection is charging me for returning the incorrect item!

GBGrill Collection is a scam Grill collection is a scam. They advertise fair prices with free shipping over $300. I made a purchase, completed payment, then received innumerable updates over the first 5 days including pledges that their patrons' satisfaction is their highest priority. They then had the audacity to send me an email stating that shipping for my $350 item is $420, but that they'd pay 50% and only charge me $220 for shipping. First, half of 420 is 210. Secondly, this approach to scamming customers is not only unethical, but also illegal. I'm waiting to hear back from their customer support. But I will not hesitate to contact the BBB if they try to overcharge or to cancel my order. I encourage all readers to take the same approach.
