Great communication and available parts I needed a fairly obscure part that most sites showed as unavailable. Grill Collection was the only website that indicated they had it available. I used the chat option on Grill Collection's website and they quickly confirmed it was in stock. I placed the order and received it quickly. It was great communication and quick delivery on a part no one else has.

Great Experience! Great website, great order-taking, excellent price, quick shipping-- I love these folks! There was one small issue regarding communications in the shipping process. Basically, the company and the shipper were not in step. Fortunately, I returned from a business trip early and was able to receive the grill. I hate to think of that box sitting in the rain at the end of my driveway for two days! Would I buy from them again? Absolutely! Would I recommend them to family and friends? Already have!

Good Price - Very Poor Communication The company charged a fair price and the grill was shipped and arrived error free. However, there communication was erratic, spotty, and at times incorrect. For example, they never notified me when the grill shipped. I only found out after repeated calls. They were able to tell me the name of the shipping company, but had no telephone number and the tracking number I received was inco0rect. I was told the grill would ship form Arizona where I live, but it was shipped form Illinois, adding to the long length of time between purchase and delivery.

I would use Grill Collection again! All was great as I needed the grill and doors/drawers in a timely manner. My only concern was the delivery. I kept getting bad or no information on when the delivery would be made. Fortunately after communicating with both shippers, the items came on the day before I left for out-of-town.

Poor Delivery. Good Price Received grill today after almost 1.5 months from ordering. Shipped freight. Freight company was horrible and Grill Collection couldn't do anything about it. Blew off scheduled time which was a non-accommodating 9-6 pm. Second time around move date on us. Regardless, Grill Collection is responsible for delivery and missed two holidays waiting....
