GBIntended to send flowers to a family… Intended to send flowers to a family member on the hospital. The flowers weren’t delivered. Hoping they make good on getting them out tomorrow Of I had been informed earlier I could have gotten them delivered by another company. I am still hoping tomorrow works out and then I will revise my opinion and review.

GBPoor communication, late or no delivery I ordered the flowers on 12/26 for delivery on 12/27. On 12/27 I got an email (not a phone call or text) by the time I read the email and learned that I was to call a phone # to discuss a substitution (I had auth'd a substitution on the orig order), your office was closed. Will flowers be delivered late on 12/28? I hope so!

GBThe service was tremendous The service was tremendous! Being rushed and emotional I made a few mistakes on the order. They caught the mistake(s), rectified the order and were very kind, patient and professional.

GBPoor communication. I asked the representative to find someone who can access the military base as the recipient works on base. The rep said they would find a florist who has base access. The florist called me last minute and asked me if the recipient could come to the the gate because they did not have access. This is. It what I wanted. Poor communication

GBYou automatically backdated my order to… You automatically backdated my order to a day that had already passed. Order was unable to deliver. Tried emailing you to fix it. Never responded. They emailed me the next day that the order was undeliverable. It took so long that I had to cancel the order because they were for my daughter in the hospital.
