USThey corrected my mistake I inadvertently listed another hospital that she had been at previously as the place for this delivery. They recognized my mistake and worked to make sure the flowers were delivered to the correct destination. My Aunt (the patient) sent a picture of the bouquet (she is in Wi. and I am in NC). They were beautiful. Thank you.

USPoor communication. I asked the representative to find someone who can access the military base as the recipient works on base. The rep said they would find a florist who has base access. The florist called me last minute and asked me if the recipient could come to the the gate because they did not have access. This is. It what I wanted. Poor communication

USUnreliable!! I placed an order at 10 AM for a very important delivery that day. I was informed at 3 PM that they could not fulfill this order. It was too late to do any other delivery service. They offered me a refund, but that was it.
