GBPlaced order AM for sympathy needed for…Horrible Placed order AM for sympathy needed for that day. Get message back at 4pm unable to deliver. What a wonderful way to take care of order. Always call a local florist. Don’t be duped by all these companies trying to collect a free on your order. They just call a local florist for you. I bet this won’t make it on their public complaint page!

GBVery disappointed with the final outcome, Very disappointed with the final product. I has chosen an all lavendar (final cost over $90.) and I was told, "The flowers you chose were not available, we'd like to make a Designer's Choice arrangement of equal value instead, may we do that? I asked, could you tell me what flowers you'd be using in place of. Answer, The floral designer will make something they feel is appropriate using the fresh seasonal flowers that are available, filled to an equal value. I asked please send me a photo of finished product. Florist One Customer Service responded: We are happy to request a picture but cannot guarantee one. I did not get one. I did respond that is important to have lavender in th arrangement please. They responded; We will request lavender. Next I received a text that order had been delivered. My friend sent me a overhead photo! It had (6) roses & wax flowers (pink) but a very sad looking arrangement. Not a tight arrangement, or lush. Almost rushed looking. Wish I could add a attachemnt for you to see along with the orginal online photo, it was a front shot with 6 roses, looking full and lush. Sure you can see what I ordered in the first place. Not a happy girl.

CAReally lovely floral arrangement. Really lovely floral arrangement. Delivery was delayed one day due to the local florist not having the right flowers but the arrangement arrived the next day and was well received. Very pleasant service. Everything was communicated to me right away

GBThey corrected my mistake I inadvertently listed another hospital that she had been at previously as the place for this delivery. They recognized my mistake and worked to make sure the flowers were delivered to the correct destination. My Aunt (the patient) sent a picture of the bouquet (she is in Wi. and I am in NC). They were beautiful. Thank you.

GBPoor communication. I asked the representative to find someone who can access the military base as the recipient works on base. The rep said they would find a florist who has base access. The florist called me last minute and asked me if the recipient could come to the the gate because they did not have access. This is. It what I wanted. Poor communication
