Poor communication, late or no delivery I ordered the flowers on 12/26 for delivery on 12/27. On 12/27 I got an email (not a phone call or text) by the time I read the email and learned that I was to call a phone # to discuss a substitution (I had auth'd a substitution on the orig order), your office was closed. Will flowers be delivered late on 12/28? I hope so!

The beautiful centerpiece we received… The beautiful centerpiece we received from relatives in Canada is beautiful. Every year we receive one from them, but this is the first year it has come from a Severna Park florist. What a difference! It is stunning!!!

Order cancelled due to area of… Order cancelled due to area of delivery. If a town or area is not able to be delivered to, an order should not be able to complete during the online checkout process. I received a text the day of delivery advising order had been cancelled and refunded... which is fine, but also set back the delivery.

Disappointed, in the circumstances. I had believed the flowers would be delivered today since the order was placed on time. I just received an email that because of the holiday (which is tomorrow), the local florists have declined being able to deliver, as hoped. I do not reside in the US and was just visiting for a while. My hostess was very kind and so I had wanted that the flowers be delivered before I leave tonight, so I could witness her surprise when she receives them. Unfortunately, I am told this is not possible after payment has been effected so I have asked that the flowers be delivered even in my absence, after I have left the country.

Flowers to Cheer Up Student Dorms! Ordered bouquet online for my daughter, who is a freshman first time away from home moving into her Syracuse University dorm. Bouquet was absolutely gorgeous, and delivered exactly when it was supposed to be. She loved it so much--thank you!
