Intended to send flowers to a family… Intended to send flowers to a family member on the hospital. The flowers weren’t delivered. Hoping they make good on getting them out tomorrow Of I had been informed earlier I could have gotten them delivered by another company. I am still hoping tomorrow works out and then I will revise my opinion and review.

Poor customer service I ordered birthday flowers two weeks ahead of the chosen delivery date. My order was accepted. One day before the delivery date, I was notified the local florists associated with this site could not make the delivery. I am now scrambling to find an alternative gift that can be overnighted to reach the recipient on her birthday.

The service was tremendous The service was tremendous! Being rushed and emotional I made a few mistakes on the order. They caught the mistake(s), rectified the order and were very kind, patient and professional.
