Good Initial Response but No Updates Our non-profit museum ordered a memorial bench in the fall of 2021 and received an email less than 4 weeks later to confirm the wording for the bench. We have received no updates since then. We hope they will send a shipment notice when the bench is finally on its way.

Memorial Bench Purchase We found Memorial Benches online and selected a beautiful bench to memorialize a close friend. We place our order, and received a proof within 1 day. We worked with Darius, who was awesome. He followed up with a call to ensure the proof was received and made the minor change we asked for returning the changed proof within 1 day. Estimated delivery upon order placement was 4-5 weeks, but we received the completed bench in 2 weeks. It is absolutely gorgeous and we cannot wait to give it to our friends!!
