GBAmazing Service and a Great Purchase. Amazing Service and a Great Purchase. I purchased the popular white vase with cherry blossoms. Gladly, I could locate a smaller arrangement on their Instagram and ordered the same amount of stems. It turned out perfect! I did purchase some candles that had to be reordered twice due to being received damaged, but the associates I worked within servicing the issue were amazing and helpful. Very ethical and quality company and products!

GBI have loved Afloral for years I have loved Afloral for years. I always know that the product will be superior. Recently an ordered package did not arrive & even thought the carrier showed its delivery, Afloral re-sent my order. What a great company!!

GBWrong Item I’ve been wanting to get the Norfolk garland for sometime now but It is out of stock most of the time. I started checking their website every day until they restocked, I was able to snag one. I was so excited to get my 15 feet Norfolk garland but they sent me the wrong item; I got a potted pine tree instead. (not sure why) It’s pretty upsetting because the garland is out of stock again and I saw they won’t be restocking their holiday collection. I emailed customer service but still haven’t heard from them. Update: Afloral contacted me and not only they let me keep the pine tree but also were able to send me one new garland. I will continue to order from them. Great costumer service.

GBFlorals arrived on time. Great customer service Florals arrived on time looked just like they do on Instagram & reasonably priced. Pot arrived cracked, excellent & quick customer service replaced hassle free! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the pot was on the expensive side and was a different color than Instagram it’s more brown than terra cotta . It also has some imperfections..the new replaced one. The cracked one was prettier & a lighter color. Oh well I didn’t want to ask for a 3rd one to see if it was lighter & not cracked.
