USThe garland is beautiful! The garland is beautiful! Looks exactly as pictured. It did come damaged with one of the main stems broken off which is unfortunate. Edit: The customer service manager reached out and will be sending me a replacement garland. I’m changing my review to 5 stars because the product is gorgeous and I appreciated their quick response to correct the situation. I’m very happy with how they handled things and I will continue to be a customer of theirs in the future.

USI have loved Afloral for years I have loved Afloral for years. I always know that the product will be superior. Recently an ordered package did not arrive & even thought the carrier showed its delivery, Afloral re-sent my order. What a great company!!

USGreat products and great customer service. The items I've ordered are always of excellent quality, and well packed. This time the item was great, but the terra cotta pot had been badly chipped. I emailed Afloral, (their suggested contact method) and asked how to return it. They replied really quickly, and instead of having to repackage and send back this particular item they just refunded the purchase price and shipping- no hassle. I will continue to order from them and will recommend them! Great products. Great customer service!

USSmall item was packaged and shipped in… Small item was packaged and shipped in a huge box. So wasteful. At least the shipping material was all paper products and no plastic so that was good at least. Also planter has an odd texture which can not be seen from minimal online photos. Somewhat displeased by the odd texture, I think it will attract dust and be hard to clean. Lastly item was made in China. This should be listed in items description. Will not be ordering anything more from Afloral I don’t think.

USPlaced an order 6 days ago and is still… Placed an order 6 days ago and is still showing unfulfilled. Today, I sent an email asking for an update and immediately got an automated response saying I would get a response next day even though my email is within their open business hours. Not happy so far and don't imagine I will place another order with them. Currently, my order status seems to just be in limbo. Unhappy.
