GBPlaced an order 6 days ago and is still… Placed an order 6 days ago and is still showing unfulfilled. Today, I sent an email asking for an update and immediately got an automated response saying I would get a response next day even though my email is within their open business hours. Not happy so far and don't imagine I will place another order with them. Currently, my order status seems to just be in limbo. Unhappy.

I currently have the Plum Garland decorated above my kitchen cabinets and it’s been a showstopper among visitors. Absolutely love the quality and look of these pieces. GBAmazing Service and a Great Purchase. Amazing Service and a Great Purchase. I purchased the popular white vase with cherry blossoms. Gladly, I could locate a smaller arrangement on their Instagram and ordered the same amount of stems. It turned out perfect! I did purchase some candles that had to be reordered twice due to being received damaged, but the associates I worked within servicing the issue were amazing and helpful. Very ethical and quality company and products!

GBGreat customer service I was very impressed and pleasantly surprised by Afloral’s great customer service! I was so excited to get the plum cimicifuga ramosa leaves as I had been vying them all over influencers homes on Instagram. Unfortunately one of the branches was bent so that the wire was cut and another one had a broken stem from the packaging. I emailed customer service, as unfortunately they were sold out so I couldn’t get an exact replacement. They refunded me for all 3 stems for the inconvenience. That was very kind and unexpected.
