I received my order without packaging… I received my order without packaging material. 5 stems just floating around. Greenery ripped off coming out of the package cracks. The leaves keep dropping off there is hot glue everywhere! The leaves won't stay on there are broken spots with wire exposed. It's terrible quality for a ridiculous price. I am not happy at all. I will never order here again. I'm trying to return and cancel my other order before I get it. UPDATE: I had excellent customer service through email. Responsive and fixed my order. I've changed my 1 star to 3. Moral of the story, Customer service great! Product I'm still leery.

Pathos 48 inch Pathos 48 inch The packaging is quite poor. These elongated stems were bent and folded into a square box instead of placed in an elongated box. Consequently the stems are cracked leaving the designer with bent long beaches that cannot be opened up properly. The leaves were also coming off leaving the designer with bare stems in places. The designer had to reattach them with floral wire Disappointed ☹️

My experience with AFloral was two… My experience with AFloral was two fold. Unfortunately, two of the flowers did not meet my expectation ,however, the company was super at offering options, either a replacement or a refund. I would still consider using them again. I did keep the Eucalyptus stems which were really nice.

Wrong Item I’ve been wanting to get the Norfolk garland for sometime now but It is out of stock most of the time. I started checking their website every day until they restocked, I was able to snag one. I was so excited to get my 15 feet Norfolk garland but they sent me the wrong item; I got a potted pine tree instead. (not sure why) It’s pretty upsetting because the garland is out of stock again and I saw they won’t be restocking their holiday collection. I emailed customer service but still haven’t heard from them. Update: Afloral contacted me and not only they let me keep the pine tree but also were able to send me one new garland. I will continue to order from them. Great costumer service.

First-time buyer, now a forever customer First time buyer, long-time admirer of Afloral. I purchased the Plum Cimicifuga Seeded Fall Decor Garland and Norfolk Pine Garland. Both are stunning! I currently have the Plum Garland decorated above my kitchen cabinets and it’s been a showstopper among visitors. Absolutely love the quality and look of these pieces. Now, I’ll be a forever buyer of Afloral products.
