Good product communication could improve I purchased a medium size cover for my outdoor fountain. I found the product to be of good quality and reasonable price. I used it after I cleaned my fountain before vacation. My only disappointment was that I was not notified of acceptance of my order or of a shipping date. I was notified it would ship after I did a follow up email. I would prefer immediate confirmation when the order is placed.

Serenity Fountain We custom ordered a fountain to replace one that had worn out after several years of use. Although we have not yet received the fountain, the sales staff were very helpful in helping us place our order for this custom made fountain.

Poor Outcome but w/ Responsive Customer Service I made a purchase and didn't get any shipping confirm for 2 weeks. I called and was told that the item was out of stock from their suppliers and they would research the issue and call me back. Sure enough someone did and gave me a time frame of when our items would arrive. Because of the customer service provided, I didn't mind the delivery delay. However, when I received my product it was not as described on the website and the manufacture had changed the size of the product. I felt that LandscaperOutlet had done a poor job in staying informed of product changes and delays. They offered a full return and a discount on a future purchase. Due to the time frame I was stuck with what I had purchased because it was pointless to return and buy something else in time and it ended up costing me more money to change our landscape designs to accommodate the smaller products. What I really wanted was a credit to my account for all the trouble and false expectations! I appreciated that someone took ownership of my inquiry, followed-up, and set expectations on both issues but overall I wouldn't shop with this company again.
