GBRemy was Super! The manufacturer of my outdoor pots had a major delay, which I, unfortunately, didn't hear about until I called to ask about why the pots hadn't shipped when promised. The new shipment date came and went, and, again I had to call to ask. Finally, on the third follow-up call, I spoke with Remy and explained that these pots were needed for an EVENT. She was incredibly responsive, great with communication, and ultimately speeded up the shipping so that I got my pots in time for my event. The non-response over the two weeks I worked with Matt is the reason for my 4 stars instead of 5. Remy, however, is a shining star!
