GBStatue details not even close to online … Statue details not even close to online photo. I bought the Wine Time frogs for my sisters birthday present. She sent me a photo of what she was sent - not even close to the photo online. Can barely tell they are wine glasses and the frogs eyes are not very good. The bow on the girl frogs head looks like a blob of concrete on top of her head. Was sooo excited to get it for her Key West garden - disappointed. It did come very well packaged - she was impressed on how it was packaged for shipping. Had to leave a message for Customer Service - no one to answer the phone?

GBGreat Experience! The ordering process was simple. The fountain was shipped earlier than we expected and it arrived perfectly packed with no damage. Set up was not difficult with two strong guys. The fountain color was perfec and the adjustable pump allows the flow to be just as you desire. I was very happy with the customer help that checked on delivery dates. All in all a 5 star experience!

GBPoor Outcome but w/ Responsive Customer Service I made a purchase and didn't get any shipping confirm for 2 weeks. I called and was told that the item was out of stock from their suppliers and they would research the issue and call me back. Sure enough someone did and gave me a time frame of when our items would arrive. Because of the customer service provided, I didn't mind the delivery delay. However, when I received my product it was not as described on the website and the manufacture had changed the size of the product. I felt that LandscaperOutlet had done a poor job in staying informed of product changes and delays. They offered a full return and a discount on a future purchase. Due to the time frame I was stuck with what I had purchased because it was pointless to return and buy something else in time and it ended up costing me more money to change our landscape designs to accommodate the smaller products. What I really wanted was a credit to my account for all the trouble and false expectations! I appreciated that someone took ownership of my inquiry, followed-up, and set expectations on both issues but overall I wouldn't shop with this company again.
