GBNeed an instruction sheet The product (a backyard fountain with pump) is nice and was delivered as promised by a freight guy. My one complaint is there were no installation instructions in the package. Finally thought to look on the website and found instructions there. First time I have ever received anything with no printed sheet of instructions.

GBGreat Experience! The ordering process was simple. The fountain was shipped earlier than we expected and it arrived perfectly packed with no damage. Set up was not difficult with two strong guys. The fountain color was perfec and the adjustable pump allows the flow to be just as you desire. I was very happy with the customer help that checked on delivery dates. All in all a 5 star experience!

GBHonest service The manufacturer of our chosen fountain had an issue with making the fountain we chose but Landscaper Outlet wrote us a personal email right away. They are working closely with us to work around the problem. I really appreciate the personal and knowledgeable service. Matt is really trying to take care of our needs.
