Professional Operation Ordered a Power King 5 inch wood chipper that was on-sale W/electric start & extended axel & included shipping. Verified price & extras by phone W/Ryan before I ordered, he confirmed them as included. Placed the on-line order and received a confirmation. Item arrived in large semi, lift gated to ground at my barn door. I do recommend you have someone to help you if you do not have equipment to move a small 450 pound pallet. A large furniture dolly would probably work too. All in all, a good experience. I recommend Wood Splitter Outlet as a retailer for wood/timer equipment.

They were great to deal with in every… They were great to deal with in every respect. After I bought the unit I noticed that one of the big box stores had the same unit for a few hundred dollars less. When I contacted Wood Splitter Outlet, they looked at the advertised price and more or less gave me a refund for the difference from what I paid. They did the same when I noticed the replacement blades on sale from yet another company. They stand by their prices and are very responsive. Also, the chipper arrived in only a few weeks after I ordered it. I would definitely buy from them again as their customer service is top notch! John

The service from WSO was five star… The service from WSO was five star excellent but the issue we had with the oil seal was the engine manufacturers issue. I elected to not press the issue any further as our repair was satisfactory and I have too much on my plate now but the machine works fantastic and performs exactly as described.

Great Wood Splitter I purchased the Boss 25 ton wood splitter. I ordered the bundle, which included the cover and the 4-way wedge. Wood Splitter Outlet had the bundle for a great price, which included free shipping and lift gate service that most others don't include. I have no complaints with Wood Splitter Outlet or the quality and function of the splitter. The splitter arrived in a crate, but did not include an owner's manual or assembly instructions. I was able to find both on the Boss website, which also had a link to a very helpful assembly video. After assembly I had difficulty trying to find out how much hydraulic oil to put into the reservoir, but determined it to be around 6-7 gallons. Overall I had a positive experience and would recommend both the splitter and Wood Splitter Outlet.
