Great Communucation Great Product It was a pleasure to do business with Wood splitter outlet. All questions were answered in the chat window and the Boss 16 ton log sptitter works incredibly well!

Fast, easy and great communication for the money After working with Wood Splitter Outlet, we are super happy with our new Boss 25 ton and the great communication, follow up and service, especially for the price. Their price we better than anyone else we looked at and included not only free shipping, but also liftgate delivery. We'll definitely work with weight again when it comes time to buy a chipper for our property. Thank you Jay and Sheila Carpenter

Was searching for a specific wood… Was searching for a specific wood chipper...they went above and beyond to ensure I received the desired wood chipper. Followed up with a message after I received...These guys are a 5 star...! Thanks

Great experience and follow through. Great experience and follow through. Ryan at WSO was communicative, diligent and caring about my order. There was a small issue that occurred in delivery, he followed up and ensured the order went through as intended. I cannot recommend him more highly - he runs an internet business the way you want everyone to. Rest easy and have confidence. Will return when the time comes....

All aspects of transaction were good, except... All aspects of transaction were good, except one - UPS freight is the only delivery option. UPS delivery is clearly stated as curbside, which means where your driveway meets the street. You need to a way to move a 450 lb. crate. The chipper itself is powerful, with heavy duty construction. The price was good and well worth spending extra - it does the job as advertised.
