Great chipper, excellent choice for the… Great chipper, excellent choice for the money so heavy duty, best product I've ever bought. The emergency shut off switch vibrated loose a few times but that's OK, I would suggest To post on the hopper to look down it every time before starting, Just in case something or someone didn't get in it, Even if you just took a 10 minute break. For American made and the money I'm extremely impressed, Many thanks for creating such a great product. Best Barry

Good customer service before delivery… Good customer service before delivery and I haven’t had to use it since delivery. The product was exactly what I ordered and has worked perfect for my needs so far. I have 70 acres of tree farm so I have been using the chipper a lot and it has worked flawlessly so far. Thank you

I wouldn't trust this company if it… I wouldn't trust this company if it were the last company on earth. Customer service is a joke. They don't know the meaning of responsiveness or integrity. They claim their products are new, but they are really used returns they buy in bulk from other companies. If it works, you got lucky. If it doesn't, they won't give you a refund. Place is run by clowns and crooks.

Great price and shipped quickly Great price and shipped quickly. Service actually have a live person to talk too which was helpful. Would definitely do business with them again.
