The emergency shut off switch vibrated loose a few times but that's OK, I would suggest To post on the hopper to look down it every time before starting, Just in case something or someone didn't get in it, Even if you just took a 10 minute break. For American made and the money I'm extremely impressed, Many thanks for creating such a great product. Best Barry

Had a great experience Ryan worked with me to answer my questions and processed my order immediately. I purchased the Powerking 34 ton splitter. Due to no fault of Ryan's the splitter does not come with assembly instructions. You better be able to figure out the small parts diagram to figure out how to put it together. The manufacturer has a video on YouTube showing the assembly of their 42 ton which is much simpler than the 34 ton. It is astonishing a piece of equipment like this has no assembly instructions. I was also missing nuts, bolts and washers. Once I got it assembled it is a beast and I'm really happy I bought the kinetic. It's a shame the manufacturer either lacks the pride of their equipment or just doesn't care about their customers. This rant is totally directed a Powerking. Ryan is awesome.

Ryan did and awesome job Ryan did and awesome job. The PowerKing 9.5hp chipper came in well packaged and undamaged. The chipper is the real deal. I have chipped everything from twigs to 4" and better with this unit. I wanted a pull start and didn't want to try to pull start a 14hp. I have no battery to deal with and it gets the job done. Great machine, great sales company!
