I've been a customer since summer 2020 and these guys, through and through, have been super helpful and easy to work with. The products work as expected and all components are high quality and top brand. They do everything they can do to make your experience as seamless as possible. Customer service Customer service? Waiting until it's out for delivery to tell me a signature is required isn't customer service. Using a delivery vendor that doesn't show up when they say isn't customer service. Waiting days for a response isn't customer service. I don't know if there product is junk or not, it's sitting back in their warehouse, and I've been waiting over 2 weeks for a response back. Maybe they call that customer service where they're from, but I think most people call it something else.

Medical Grade Product & Great Customer Service Bought the Superflower cabinet and have been working with Perrin. Completed 1st grow and it exceeded my expectations for quality. When you use the Lotus Nutrients and all recommended and equipment that comes with the closet, you get better then dispensary grade product. Have had the cabinet about a 1 1/2 and grown twice. Both exceeded past dispensary grade product quality. Perrin read my self-created procedure and worked with me through the first grow closely. Excellent service from McMahon Newton I recently setup a SuperNova Smart Grow Closet for a project at a college. During setup, we found that a student had caused damage to the pipes on top of the hydroponics kit. I contacted SuperCloset and received a prompt response from Sales Manager, McMahon Newton. He really went above and beyond to help find replacement parts, and went through considerable trouble in dealing with difficulties we had at the college in the purchasing process.
