There was an issue recently that I expressed and they went above and beyond. Perrin is my guy, he is always upbeat, informative and professional. Always enjoy the call with him. These guys care, like actually do care. Well done fellas!!

What a well built system What a well built system. Yes they are a bit pricy however you get what you pay for and this unit is worth every penny you pay for it. The system works great just set it up as directed and no problems. The customer service is gold class and communication is very good.. My hat is off to Matt Price for his outstanding service and growing directions. My first grow in their cabinet is about 4 weeks old and looking beautiful. There are many grow cabinets out there but none compare to the Supercloset. I intend to purchase a larger system in the near future.

Just go to a near Hydroponics store So after using the systems for about 2 months now, its really not that great. Very difficult training plants to max yield using a superponic. Net trellis is cool and all but u can't do much LST training because of the awkward shape and it's a total waste having 8 grow sites when you can only realistically use 2 or 3 in order for your plant to have space to stretch.

Customer service Customer service? Waiting until it's out for delivery to tell me a signature is required isn't customer service. Using a delivery vendor that doesn't show up when they say isn't customer service. Waiting days for a response isn't customer service. I don't know if there product is junk or not, it's sitting back in their warehouse, and I've been waiting over 2 weeks for a response back. Maybe they call that customer service where they're from, but I think most people call it something else.

Medical Grade Product & Great Customer Service Bought the Superflower cabinet and have been working with Perrin. Completed 1st grow and it exceeded my expectations for quality. When you use the Lotus Nutrients and all recommended and equipment that comes with the closet, you get better then dispensary grade product. Have had the cabinet about a 1 1/2 and grown twice. Both exceeded past dispensary grade product quality. Perrin read my self-created procedure and worked with me through the first grow closely. Outstanding results and the second grow was even better with limited help from Perrin. Great product and customer service. Wi
