Easy/Understandable Honestly, I can’t get anything in-stock or delivered on time these days so I assumed somewhat of a wait time on shipping. That aside, the package arrived with all components accounted for. Packaging was discrete and minimal for a 9x5 (greatly appreciated). Set-up is smooth and easy to follow. I’ve gotten a lot of great input from McMahon after point of sale which is far more than I expected in terms of customer care. I’m really happy with the unit and looking forward to more expert guidance. Hope some things ease up for people, but this thing is quite simple to set-up especially for a beginner like myself.

Ask for Perrin if you have questions! Spent over an hour texting and then talking to Perrin on the phone and WOW this guy is great! He really knows plants and technology and was able to explain the functionality of the supercloset products excellently. I'm definitely going to get one of these units in big part due to his customer service. I'll be recommending them to my friends. awesome customer service Called up today about my recently purchased super flower cabinet and we greeted by sales rep. McMahon. He was Patient friendly and knowledgeable help with all my questions recommended supplies and nutrients suited to my ideals and help me to understand my system and its uses and how to avoid common hydroponic problems. He went beyond the call of duty with me and the help I needed cant recommend him and them enough.
