Easy/Understandable Honestly, I can’t get anything in-stock or delivered on time these days so I assumed somewhat of a wait time on shipping. That aside, the package arrived with all components accounted for. Packaging was discrete and minimal for a 9x5 (greatly appreciated). Set-up is smooth and easy to follow. I’ve gotten a lot of great input from McMahon after point of sale which is far more than I expected in terms of customer care. I’m really happy with the unit and looking forward to more expert guidance. Hope some things ease up for people, but this thing is quite simple to set-up especially for a beginner like myself.

Excellent service from McMahon Newton I recently setup a SuperNova Smart Grow Closet for a project at a college. During setup, we found that a student had caused damage to the pipes on top of the hydroponics kit. I contacted SuperCloset and received a prompt response from Sales Manager, McMahon Newton. He really went above and beyond to help find replacement parts, and went through considerable trouble in dealing with difficulties we had at the college in the purchasing process. What a well built system What a well built system. Yes they are a bit pricy however you get what you pay for and this unit is worth every penny you pay for it. The system works great just set it up as directed and no problems. The customer service is gold class and communication is very good.. My hat is off to Matt Price for his outstanding service and growing directions. My first grow in their cabinet is about 4 weeks old and looking beautiful. There are many grow cabinets out there but none compare to the Supercloset. I intend to purchase a larger system in the near future.

It’s easy. Just buy from these great people! If you’re shopping around stop and buy from these guys! I spent weeks debating different systems but let me California roots guide me to supercloset. They don’t tell you that you get a cool friend named McMahon to help you throw the growing process. Yes the system (I went with superstar cabinet) is top notch but the service is even better! I write this review after my first grow/harvest so I KNOW that these people at Supercloset are top notch!

Debbie has been extremely helpful… Debbie has been extremely helpful throughout the grow process. When my second attempt at a harvest appeared to be dwindling and other people (separate from SC) told me to start over, Debbie walked me through a rough patch and lead me to a successful harvest. I couldn't be more thankful!
