What a well built system What a well built system. Yes they are a bit pricy however you get what you pay for and this unit is worth every penny you pay for it. The system works great just set it up as directed and no problems. The customer service is gold class and communication is very good.. My hat is off to Matt Price for his outstanding service and growing directions. My first grow in their cabinet is about 4 weeks old and looking beautiful. There are many grow cabinets out there but none compare to the Supercloset. I intend to purchase a larger system in the near future.

There was an issue recently that I expressed and they went above and beyond. Perrin is my guy, he is always upbeat, informative and professional. Always enjoy the call with him. It’s easy. Just buy from these great people! If you’re shopping around stop and buy from these guys! I spent weeks debating different systems but let me California roots guide me to supercloset. They don’t tell you that you get a cool friend named McMahon to help you throw the growing process. Yes the system (I went with superstar cabinet) is top notch but the service is even better! I write this review after my first grow/harvest so I KNOW that these people at Supercloset are top notch!

SuperCloset shipping is the BEST The product came as promised on time and was packed better than anything I have ever received via delivery and we have lots of deliveries. We are really impressed so far and can now start growing with this really simple but high tech set-up. Super excited so TY SuperCloset.. :-)

Easy/Understandable Honestly, I can’t get anything in-stock or delivered on time these days so I assumed somewhat of a wait time on shipping. That aside, the package arrived with all components accounted for. Packaging was discrete and minimal for a 9x5 (greatly appreciated). Set-up is smooth and easy to follow. I’ve gotten a lot of great input from McMahon after point of sale which is far more than I expected in terms of customer care. I’m really happy with the unit and looking forward to more expert guidance. Hope some things ease up for people, but this thing is quite simple to set-up especially for a beginner like myself.
