There was an issue recently that I expressed and they went above and beyond. Perrin is my guy, he is always upbeat, informative and professional. Always enjoy the call with him. Ask for Perrin if you have questions! Spent over an hour texting and then talking to Perrin on the phone and WOW this guy is great! He really knows plants and technology and was able to explain the functionality of the supercloset products excellently. I'm definitely going to get one of these units in big part due to his customer service. I'll be recommending them to my friends. Amazing service, amazing products I have only just received and setup my tent, hoping to have some growth in the next couple weeks. McMahon was paramount in my decision to purchase the item I did and made myself and my wife feel very comfortable during the process. SuperCloset shipping is the BEST The product came as promised on time and was packed better than anything I have ever received via delivery and we have lots of deliveries. Mini fridge? Mining rig? Homebrew server? These folks provide a complete, turnkey setup. All you need to provide are tomato seeds or seedlings, water, and time, and you have gravy for every bout of 3am munchies you'll ever have. My Closet looks wonderful. It's well built, sturdy, and, depending on how you accessorize, can hide in plain sight. The filter has a decent hum to it, so I currently have an old monitor and keyboard on top and even more cords behind it. A nice little floor runner is draped over it, hiding the handle. It's a Linux server running blah blah blah if anyone asks. Discreet and so much easier than putting your own thing together, yet not significantly more pricey. Definitely an investment, but a safe one with guaranteed returns. Customer service, resources, and education are top-notch, too. If you live in a state that hates tomatoes and its residents, the Supercloset might be perfect for you. It is for me.
