All you need to provide are tomato seeds or seedlings, water, and time, and you have gravy for every bout of 3am munchies you'll ever have. My Closet looks wonderful. It's well built, sturdy, and, depending on how you accessorize, can hide in plain sight. The filter has a decent hum to it, so I currently have an old monitor and keyboard on top and even more cords behind it. A nice little floor runner is draped over it, hiding the handle. It's a Linux server running blah blah blah if anyone asks. Discreet and so much easier than putting your own thing together, yet not significantly more pricey. Definitely an investment, but a safe one with guaranteed returns. Customer service, resources, and education are top-notch, too. If you live in a state that hates tomatoes and its residents, the Supercloset might be perfect for you. It is for me.

Package arrived fine although a 10-port power strip was on back order? I guess I don't understand how an alternative powerstrip couldn't be provided. The whole thing felt lazy. For how much I spent, I received McDonalds level customer service.

Easy/Understandable Honestly, I can’t get anything in-stock or delivered on time these days so I assumed somewhat of a wait time on shipping. That aside, the package arrived with all components accounted for. Packaging was discrete and minimal for a 9x5 (greatly appreciated). Set-up is smooth and easy to follow. I’ve gotten a lot of great input from McMahon after point of sale which is far more than I expected in terms of customer care. I’m really happy with the unit and looking forward to more expert guidance. Hope some things ease up for people, but this thing is quite simple to set-up especially for a beginner like myself.

Ask for Perrin if you have questions! Spent over an hour texting and then talking to Perrin on the phone and WOW this guy is great! He really knows plants and technology and was able to explain the functionality of the supercloset products excellently. I'm definitely going to get one of these units in big part due to his customer service. I'll be recommending them to my friends.
