GBOrder was very late without follow-up Order was very late without follow-up. Due to being late I had asked for coordination for delivery as I have upcoming travel which was ignored. Package arrived fine although a 10-port power strip was on back order? I guess I don't understand how an alternative powerstrip couldn't be provided. The whole thing felt lazy. For how much I spent, I received McDonalds level customer service.

GB100% Satisfied! I started my first grow in my Superstar and and I wouldn't be where I'm at without the help I've received from the folks at SuperCloset. The videos they sent me prior to my cabinet's arrival helped me with set-up and prepared me for the seemingly complex task of growing from seed on my first grow ever. GBCustomer service Customer service? Waiting until it's out for delivery to tell me a signature is required isn't customer service. Using a delivery vendor that doesn't show up when they say isn't customer service. Waiting days for a response isn't customer service. I don't know if there product is junk or not, it's sitting back in their warehouse, and I've been waiting over 2 weeks for a response back. Maybe they call that customer service where they're from, but I think most people call it something else.

GBWhat a well built system What a well built system. Yes they are a bit pricy however you get what you pay for and this unit is worth every penny you pay for it. The system works great just set it up as directed and no problems. The customer service is gold class and communication is very good.. My hat is off to Matt Price for his outstanding service and growing directions. My first grow in their cabinet is about 4 weeks old and looking beautiful. There are many grow cabinets out there but none compare to the Supercloset. I intend to purchase a larger system in the near future.
