Customer service Customer service? Waiting until it's out for delivery to tell me a signature is required isn't customer service. Using a delivery vendor that doesn't show up when they say isn't customer service. Waiting days for a response isn't customer service. I don't know if there product is junk or not, it's sitting back in their warehouse, and I've been waiting over 2 weeks for a response back. Maybe they call that customer service where they're from, but I think most people call it something else.

There was an issue recently that I expressed and they went above and beyond. Perrin is my guy, he is always upbeat, informative and professional. Always enjoy the call with him. Ask for Perrin if you have questions! Spent over an hour texting and then talking to Perrin on the phone and WOW this guy is great! He really knows plants and technology and was able to explain the functionality of the supercloset products excellently. I'm definitely going to get one of these units in big part due to his customer service. I'll be recommending them to my friends. SuperCloset owners give this guy a raise or some equity already and lock down the people that make you shine! Cheers!

Easy/Understandable Honestly, I can’t get anything in-stock or delivered on time these days so I assumed somewhat of a wait time on shipping. That aside, the package arrived with all components accounted for. Packaging was discrete and minimal for a 9x5 (greatly appreciated). Set-up is smooth and easy to follow. I’ve gotten a lot of great input from McMahon after point of sale which is far more than I expected in terms of customer care. I’m really happy with the unit and looking forward to more expert guidance. Hope some things ease up for people, but this thing is quite simple to set-up especially for a beginner like myself.

Debbie has been extremely helpful… Debbie has been extremely helpful throughout the grow process. When my second attempt at a harvest appeared to be dwindling and other people (separate from SC) told me to start over, Debbie walked me through a rough patch and lead me to a successful harvest. I couldn't be more thankful!
