Easy/Understandable Honestly, I can’t get anything in-stock or delivered on time these days so I assumed somewhat of a wait time on shipping. That aside, the package arrived with all components accounted for. Packaging was discrete and minimal for a 9x5 (greatly appreciated). Set-up is smooth and easy to follow. I’ve gotten a lot of great input from McMahon after point of sale which is far more than I expected in terms of customer care. I’m really happy with the unit and looking forward to more expert guidance. Hope some things ease up for people, but this thing is quite simple to set-up especially for a beginner like myself.

awesome customer service Called up today about my recently purchased super flower cabinet and we greeted by sales rep. McMahon. He was Patient friendly and knowledgeable help with all my questions recommended supplies and nutrients suited to my ideals and help me to understand my system and its uses and how to avoid common hydroponic problems. He went beyond the call of duty with me and the help I needed cant recommend him and them enough.

Mini fridge? Mining rig? Homebrew server? These folks provide a complete, turnkey setup. All you need to provide are tomato seeds or seedlings, water, and time, and you have gravy for every bout of 3am munchies you'll ever have. My Closet looks wonderful. It's well built, sturdy, and, depending on how you accessorize, can hide in plain sight. The filter has a decent hum to it, so I currently have an old monitor and keyboard on top and even more cords behind it. A nice little floor runner is draped over it, hiding the handle. It's a Linux server running blah blah blah if anyone asks. Discreet and so much easier than putting your own thing together, yet not significantly more pricey. Definitely an investment, but a safe one with guaranteed returns. Customer service, resources, and education are top-notch, too. If you live in a state that hates tomatoes and its residents, the Supercloset might be perfect for you. It is for me.

Medical Grade Product & Great Customer Service Bought the Superflower cabinet and have been working with Perrin. Completed 1st grow and it exceeded my expectations for quality. When you use the Lotus Nutrients and all recommended and equipment that comes with the closet, you get better then dispensary grade product. Have had the cabinet about a 1 1/2 and grown twice. Both exceeded past dispensary grade product quality. Perrin read my self-created procedure and worked with me through the first grow closely. It’s easy. Just buy from these great people! If you’re shopping around stop and buy from these guys! I spent weeks debating different systems but let me California roots guide me to supercloset. They don’t tell you that you get a cool friend named McMahon to help you throw the growing process. Yes the system (I went with superstar cabinet) is top notch but the service is even better! I write this review after my first grow/harvest so I KNOW that these people at Supercloset are top notch!
