The videos they sent me prior to my cabinet's arrival helped me with set-up and prepared me for the seemingly complex task of growing from seed on my first grow ever. It’s easy. Just buy from these great people! If you’re shopping around stop and buy from these guys! I spent weeks debating different systems but let me California roots guide me to supercloset. They don’t tell you that you get a cool friend named McMahon to help you throw the growing process. Yes the system (I went with superstar cabinet) is top notch but the service is even better! I write this review after my first grow/harvest so I KNOW that these people at Supercloset are top notch!

Order was very late without follow-up Order was very late without follow-up. Due to being late I had asked for coordination for delivery as I have upcoming travel which was ignored. Package arrived fine although a 10-port power strip was on back order? I guess I don't understand how an alternative powerstrip couldn't be provided. The whole thing felt lazy. For how much I spent, I received McDonalds level customer service.

Debbie has been extremely helpful… Debbie has been extremely helpful throughout the grow process. When my second attempt at a harvest appeared to be dwindling and other people (separate from SC) told me to start over, Debbie walked me through a rough patch and lead me to a successful harvest. I couldn't be more thankful!

awesome customer service Called up today about my recently purchased super flower cabinet and we greeted by sales rep. McMahon. He was Patient friendly and knowledgeable help with all my questions recommended supplies and nutrients suited to my ideals and help me to understand my system and its uses and how to avoid common hydroponic problems. He went beyond the call of duty with me and the help I needed cant recommend him and them enough.
