He really knows plants and technology and was able to explain the functionality of the supercloset products excellently. Order was very late without follow-up Order was very late without follow-up. Due to being late I had asked for coordination for delivery as I have upcoming travel which was ignored. Package arrived fine although a 10-port power strip was on back order? I guess I don't understand how an alternative powerstrip couldn't be provided. The whole thing felt lazy. For how much I spent, I received McDonalds level customer service.

Excellent service from McMahon Newton I recently setup a SuperNova Smart Grow Closet for a project at a college.
