GBSuper Flower Cabinet Overall my experience started off great. The packaging and delivery were high quality. Setup directions for the cabinet were easy to follow and execute. The cabinet, carbon cans, light, and circulation fan are as advertised except the following exception. With the light on, light leaks out of the cabinet around the doors. Door seal could be upgraded in quality and function so the cabinet could truly be stealth. Now to my grievance, the controller! The web page says “you can now manage your growing system via your smart phone or tablet.” When I downloaded the smart plug app, I was forced to make an in app purchase to get functionality. Desiring the ability to manage my system, I paid the fee. I then tried to connect the smart plug to the app via bluetooth. After multiple attempts across two days. I requested a refund for the in app purchase, deleted the useless app, and abandoned the idea of remote grow system management.

GB100% Satisfied! I started my first grow in my Superstar and and I wouldn't be where I'm at without the help I've received from the folks at SuperCloset. The videos they sent me prior to my cabinet's arrival helped me with set-up and prepared me for the seemingly complex task of growing from seed on my first grow ever. Miles, from the support staff, has been available for my questions all along the way. Thanks SuperCloset! 100% Satisfaction!

GBIt’s easy. Just buy from these great people! If you’re shopping around stop and buy from these guys! I spent weeks debating different systems but let me California roots guide me to supercloset. They don’t tell you that you get a cool friend named McMahon to help you throw the growing process. Yes the system (I went with superstar cabinet) is top notch but the service is even better! I write this review after my first grow/harvest so I KNOW that these people at Supercloset are top notch!

GBWOWZA. Amazing company, amazing support, superior products. If you have a question, they'll answer it, quickly and correctly. I've been a customer since summer 2020 and these guys, through and through, have been super helpful and easy to work with. The products work as expected and all components are high quality and top brand. They do everything they can do to make your experience as seamless as possible. Highly recommend to anyone from beginner to expert grower.

GBCustomer service Customer service? Waiting until it's out for delivery to tell me a signature is required isn't customer service. Using a delivery vendor that doesn't show up when they say isn't customer service. Waiting days for a response isn't customer service. I don't know if there product is junk or not, it's sitting back in their warehouse, and I've been waiting over 2 weeks for a response back. Maybe they call that customer service where they're from, but I think most people call it something else.
