Package arrived fine although a 10-port power strip was on back order? I guess I don't understand how an alternative powerstrip couldn't be provided. The whole thing felt lazy. For how much I spent, I received McDonalds level customer service.

I will admit that I had an equipment problem but Debbie Ferrin, my grow associate, was right there with a more than satisfactory solution.
