The videos they sent me prior to my cabinet's arrival helped me with set-up and prepared me for the seemingly complex task of growing from seed on my first grow ever. GBCustomer service Customer service? Waiting until it's out for delivery to tell me a signature is required isn't customer service. Using a delivery vendor that doesn't show up when they say isn't customer service. Waiting days for a response isn't customer service. I don't know if there product is junk or not, it's sitting back in their warehouse, and I've been waiting over 2 weeks for a response back. Maybe they call that customer service where they're from, but I think most people call it something else.

GBAsk for Perrin if you have questions! Spent over an hour texting and then talking to Perrin on the phone and WOW this guy is great! He really knows plants and technology and was able to explain the functionality of the supercloset products excellently. I'm definitely going to get one of these units in big part due to his customer service. I'll be recommending them to my friends. SuperCloset owners give this guy a raise or some equity already and lock down the people that make you shine! Cheers!

GBMedical Grade Product & Great Customer Service Bought the Superflower cabinet and have been working with Perrin. Completed 1st grow and it exceeded my expectations for quality. When you use the Lotus Nutrients and all recommended and equipment that comes with the closet, you get better then dispensary grade product. Have had the cabinet about a 1 1/2 and grown twice. Both exceeded past dispensary grade product quality. Perrin read my self-created procedure and worked with me through the first grow closely. GBOrder was very late without follow-up Order was very late without follow-up. Due to being late I had asked for coordination for delivery as I have upcoming travel which was ignored. Package arrived fine although a 10-port power strip was on back order? I guess I don't understand how an alternative powerstrip couldn't be provided. The whole thing felt lazy. For how much I spent, I received McDonalds level customer service.
