McMahon was paramount in my decision to purchase the item I did and made myself and my wife feel very comfortable during the process. GBDebbie has been extremely helpful… Debbie has been extremely helpful throughout the grow process. When my second attempt at a harvest appeared to be dwindling and other people (separate from SC) told me to start over, Debbie walked me through a rough patch and lead me to a successful harvest. I couldn't be more thankful!

GBJust wanted to take a min to express my… Just wanted to take a min to express my above average satisfaction with SuperCoset inc. I purchased aprx 6-7 months ago and it’s been good. There was an issue recently that I expressed and they went above and beyond. Perrin is my guy, he is always upbeat, informative and professional. Always enjoy the call with him. These guys care, like actually do care. Well done fellas!!

GBCustomer service Customer service? Waiting until it's out for delivery to tell me a signature is required isn't customer service. Using a delivery vendor that doesn't show up when they say isn't customer service. Waiting days for a response isn't customer service. I don't know if there product is junk or not, it's sitting back in their warehouse, and I've been waiting over 2 weeks for a response back. Maybe they call that customer service where they're from, but I think most people call it something else.

GBSuper Flower Cabinet Overall my experience started off great. The packaging and delivery were high quality. Setup directions for the cabinet were easy to follow and execute. The cabinet, carbon cans, light, and circulation fan are as advertised except the following exception. With the light on, light leaks out of the cabinet around the doors. Door seal could be upgraded in quality and function so the cabinet could truly be stealth. Now to my grievance, the controller! The web page says “you can now manage your growing system via your smart phone or tablet.” When I downloaded the smart plug app, I was forced to make an in app purchase to get functionality. Desiring the ability to manage my system, I paid the fee. I then tried to connect the smart plug to the app via bluetooth. After multiple attempts across two days. I requested a refund for the in app purchase, deleted the useless app, and abandoned the idea of remote grow system management.
