USCustomer service Customer service? Waiting until it's out for delivery to tell me a signature is required isn't customer service. Using a delivery vendor that doesn't show up when they say isn't customer service. Waiting days for a response isn't customer service. I don't know if there product is junk or not, it's sitting back in their warehouse, and I've been waiting over 2 weeks for a response back. Maybe they call that customer service where they're from, but I think most people call it something else.

USSuper Flower Cabinet Overall my experience started off great. The packaging and delivery were high quality. Setup directions for the cabinet were easy to follow and execute. The cabinet, carbon cans, light, and circulation fan are as advertised except the following exception. With the light on, light leaks out of the cabinet around the doors. Door seal could be upgraded in quality and function so the cabinet could truly be stealth. Now to my grievance, the controller! The web page says “you can now manage your growing system via your smart phone or tablet.” When I downloaded the smart plug app, I was forced to make an in app purchase to get functionality. Desiring the ability to manage my system, I paid the fee. I then tried to connect the smart plug to the app via bluetooth. After multiple attempts across two days. I requested a refund for the in app purchase, deleted the useless app, and abandoned the idea of remote grow system management.

USMini fridge? Mining rig? Homebrew server? These folks provide a complete, turnkey setup. All you need to provide are tomato seeds or seedlings, water, and time, and you have gravy for every bout of 3am munchies you'll ever have. My Closet looks wonderful. It's well built, sturdy, and, depending on how you accessorize, can hide in plain sight. The filter has a decent hum to it, so I currently have an old monitor and keyboard on top and even more cords behind it. A nice little floor runner is draped over it, hiding the handle. It's a Linux server running blah blah blah if anyone asks. Discreet and so much easier than putting your own thing together, yet not significantly more pricey. Definitely an investment, but a safe one with guaranteed returns. Customer service, resources, and education are top-notch, too. If you live in a state that hates tomatoes and its residents, the Supercloset might be perfect for you. It is for me.

USWhat a well built system What a well built system. Yes they are a bit pricy however you get what you pay for and this unit is worth every penny you pay for it. The system works great just set it up as directed and no problems. The customer service is gold class and communication is very good.. My hat is off to Matt Price for his outstanding service and growing directions. My first grow in their cabinet is about 4 weeks old and looking beautiful. There are many grow cabinets out there but none compare to the Supercloset. I intend to purchase a larger system in the near future.

USMedical Grade Product & Great Customer Service Bought the Superflower cabinet and have been working with Perrin. Completed 1st grow and it exceeded my expectations for quality. When you use the Lotus Nutrients and all recommended and equipment that comes with the closet, you get better then dispensary grade product. Have had the cabinet about a 1 1/2 and grown twice. Both exceeded past dispensary grade product quality. Perrin read my self-created procedure and worked with me through the first grow closely.
