GBCustomer service Customer service? Waiting until it's out for delivery to tell me a signature is required isn't customer service. Using a delivery vendor that doesn't show up when they say isn't customer service. Waiting days for a response isn't customer service. I don't know if there product is junk or not, it's sitting back in their warehouse, and I've been waiting over 2 weeks for a response back. Maybe they call that customer service where they're from, but I think most people call it something else.

GBJust go to a near Hydroponics store So after using the systems for about 2 months now, its really not that great. Very difficult training plants to max yield using a superponic. Net trellis is cool and all but u can't do much LST training because of the awkward shape and it's a total waste having 8 grow sites when you can only realistically use 2 or 3 in order for your plant to have space to stretch.

GBDebbie has been extremely helpful… Debbie has been extremely helpful throughout the grow process. When my second attempt at a harvest appeared to be dwindling and other people (separate from SC) told me to start over, Debbie walked me through a rough patch and lead me to a successful harvest. I couldn't be more thankful!

CAExcellent service from McMahon Newton I recently setup a SuperNova Smart Grow Closet for a project at a college. During setup, we found that a student had caused damage to the pipes on top of the hydroponics kit. I contacted SuperCloset and received a prompt response from Sales Manager, McMahon Newton. He really went above and beyond to help find replacement parts, and went through considerable trouble in dealing with difficulties we had at the college in the purchasing process. Thank you, McMahon!

GBMini fridge? Mining rig? Homebrew server? These folks provide a complete, turnkey setup. All you need to provide are tomato seeds or seedlings, water, and time, and you have gravy for every bout of 3am munchies you'll ever have. My Closet looks wonderful. It's well built, sturdy, and, depending on how you accessorize, can hide in plain sight. The filter has a decent hum to it, so I currently have an old monitor and keyboard on top and even more cords behind it. A nice little floor runner is draped over it, hiding the handle. It's a Linux server running blah blah blah if anyone asks. Discreet and so much easier than putting your own thing together, yet not significantly more pricey. Definitely an investment, but a safe one with guaranteed returns. Customer service, resources, and education are top-notch, too. If you live in a state that hates tomatoes and its residents, the Supercloset might be perfect for you. It is for me.
