Excellent service from McMahon Newton I recently setup a SuperNova Smart Grow Closet for a project at a college. During setup, we found that a student had caused damage to the pipes on top of the hydroponics kit. I contacted SuperCloset and received a prompt response from Sales Manager, McMahon Newton. He really went above and beyond to help find replacement parts, and went through considerable trouble in dealing with difficulties we had at the college in the purchasing process. Just go to a near Hydroponics store So after using the systems for about 2 months now, its really not that great. Very difficult training plants to max yield using a superponic. Net trellis is cool and all but u can't do much LST training because of the awkward shape and it's a total waste having 8 grow sites when you can only realistically use 2 or 3 in order for your plant to have space to stretch.

Plant Count Laws McMahon and his team are simply awesome. In this new age of Ganja Growing. You may ask yourself. Why spend thousands of dollars on a cabinet? The answer is simple"Plant Count Laws" These closets utilize Old School and New School Technology to hide your experimental strains. State Inspector's will think they are just metal filling cabinets. This will allow you to make a better choice on what to grow outside during the limited amount of time the weather will allow.

Super Flower Cabinet Overall my experience started off great. The packaging and delivery were high quality. Setup directions for the cabinet were easy to follow and execute. The cabinet, carbon cans, light, and circulation fan are as advertised except the following exception. With the light on, light leaks out of the cabinet around the doors. Door seal could be upgraded in quality and function so the cabinet could truly be stealth. Now to my grievance, the controller! The web page says “you can now manage your growing system via your smart phone or tablet.” When I downloaded the smart plug app, I was forced to make an in app purchase to get functionality. Desiring the ability to manage my system, I paid the fee. I then tried to connect the smart plug to the app via bluetooth. After multiple attempts across two days. I requested a refund for the in app purchase, deleted the useless app, and abandoned the idea of remote grow system management.

awesome customer service Called up today about my recently purchased super flower cabinet and we greeted by sales rep. McMahon. He was Patient friendly and knowledgeable help with all my questions recommended supplies and nutrients suited to my ideals and help me to understand my system and its uses and how to avoid common hydroponic problems. He went beyond the call of duty with me and the help I needed cant recommend him and them enough.
