Easy/Understandable Honestly, I can’t get anything in-stock or delivered on time these days so I assumed somewhat of a wait time on shipping. That aside, the package arrived with all components accounted for. Packaging was discrete and minimal for a 9x5 (greatly appreciated). Set-up is smooth and easy to follow. I’ve gotten a lot of great input from McMahon after point of sale which is far more than I expected in terms of customer care. I’m really happy with the unit and looking forward to more expert guidance. Hope some things ease up for people, but this thing is quite simple to set-up especially for a beginner like myself.

My Superbox has been great My Superbox has been great! My grow is going well and everything was easy to get set up and running. I will admit that I had an equipment problem but Debbie Ferrin, my grow associate, was right there with a more than satisfactory solution. Excellent service from McMahon Newton I recently setup a SuperNova Smart Grow Closet for a project at a college. During setup, we found that a student had caused damage to the pipes on top of the hydroponics kit. I contacted SuperCloset and received a prompt response from Sales Manager, McMahon Newton.
