GBBad Service is BBQGrills.coms Specialty Really the worst customer service and lack of response in all my 75 years. Ordered a $1200+ Fuego Grill and it came damaged and noted the box damage on the signed receiver. They initially said they would work with manufacturer but said to file a freight claim nonetheless. I did that and sent all items require to freight company, Fuego Grills and BBQGrills.com. No response from anyone. I called freight company and they indicated it might take 3-4 months to resolve. In the meantime I have a large damaged grill taking up half my garage with no resolution in sight. Frustrated, disappointed and mad. I judge a company on how they handle adversity. BBQGrills.com gets a solid “F”. Good luck with orders you place with a company that has little regard for customer service.

GBLove my Sabre gas grill!!! I bought my Sabre gas grill from BBQGrills.com about 1 year ago. I chose this grill only because it fit the existing opening in my existing summer kitchen. Not only did it fit perfectly but the quality of the product far exceeded my expectation. Price was fair delivery was prompt and included. I use it 3-4 times a week and the performance is excellent. Can cook everything from steak to pizza to a whole turkey.

GBI order the Napoleon Prestige 665 NG… I order the Napoleon Prestige 665 NG and absolutely love this grill. I live in Colorado and can get some high winds, but this grill instantly heats up to over 700 degree every time. I always fought to keep my old 6 burner grill hot, but this on I have to turn it down. Shipping was high quality, my only gripe was it took about 3 weeks to get, so I just missed grilling on Mother's Day.

GBWhen I was looking for a built-in… When I was looking for a built-in barbecue and side burner, I searched the web for grills and pricing. I came across BBQ Grills.com and they have good quality appliances at a great price along with free accessories. I have used these appliances for a year and work flawlessly. Great company and good customer service.

GBI ordered a grill on April 21 I ordered a grill on April 21, 2024 based on promised shipment within 24-72 hours from order which did not happen. My credit card was charged immediately without a shipment. Almost a week later the website continues to indicate the order is being processed. I have called numerous times only to hear all agents are busy. I sent a web page order status inquiry and then two emails requesting my order be cancelled all without receiving a response. I would recommend avoiding purchasing anything from bbqgrills.com as it appears to be a scam.
