Ordered a grill cover Ordered a grill cover. Have tried emailing and calling with no reply or answer. They have replied to emails with auto-reply that someone would contact us within 12 - 24 hours, it’s been a week with no response. Worried we’ve been scammed. :(

Having ordered my Memphis Grill during… Having ordered my Memphis Grill during Apr of 2021 (mid-Covid) created its own challenges. I didn't receive the grill until Jan 2022. Ryan Maltbie was great to work with and very communicative. So, thank you for that. The grill, however, is very particular and is very difficult to fire up. When it finally starts (sometimes taking 20 minutes of smoke before the ignitor flames up), it does heat up fast and cooks great. Also, the screen has to be rebooted, nearly every time I use the grill. This is somewhat disappointing for a $5k+ grill.

Bad Service is BBQGrills.coms Specialty Really the worst customer service and lack of response in all my 75 years. Ordered a $1200+ Fuego Grill and it came damaged and noted the box damage on the signed receiver. They initially said they would work with manufacturer but said to file a freight claim nonetheless. I did that and sent all items require to freight company, Fuego Grills and BBQGrills.com. No response from anyone. I called freight company and they indicated it might take 3-4 months to resolve. In the meantime I have a large damaged grill taking up half my garage with no resolution in sight. Frustrated, disappointed and mad. I judge a company on how they handle adversity. BBQGrills.com gets a solid “F”. Good luck with orders you place with a company that has little regard for customer service.

I came across BBQ Grills.com and they have good quality appliances at a great price along with free accessories. I have used these appliances for a year and work flawlessly. Great company and good customer service.

I ordered a grill on April 21 I ordered a grill on April 21, 2024 based on promised shipment within 24-72 hours from order which did not happen. My credit card was charged immediately without a shipment. Almost a week later the website continues to indicate the order is being processed. I have called numerous times only to hear all agents are busy. I sent a web page order status inquiry and then two emails requesting my order be cancelled all without receiving a response. I would recommend avoiding purchasing anything from bbqgrills.com as it appears to be a scam.
