GBTwo Grills Purchased I bought two Weber grills from BBQGrills in 2023 for two homes that I own. Both came on time and were expertly delivered right into my garage. GBI ordered an Oklahoma Joe smoker in December 2023 I ordered an Oklahoma Joe smoker in December 7, 2023. First given restock date January 2024. Given a different date in February 2024 then another date March 25, 2024. As of today now no explanation of a date at all. I have made several attempts to reach them by phone. Each time left messages to please call me back only response and calling me back was when I needed to ask questions about ordering a second smoker but that I would not order the second smoker until I actually had the opportunity to see and use the first. Once it was realized, I wasn’t going to purchase a second smoker at that time. I have not received another phone call or any information about my order. I understand this is a family owned business. Better communication would be helpful.

GBHaving ordered my Memphis Grill during… Having ordered my Memphis Grill during Apr of 2021 (mid-Covid) created its own challenges. I didn't receive the grill until Jan 2022. Ryan Maltbie was great to work with and very communicative. So, thank you for that. The grill, however, is very particular and is very difficult to fire up. When it finally starts (sometimes taking 20 minutes of smoke before the ignitor flames up), it does heat up fast and cooks great. Also, the screen has to be rebooted, nearly every time I use the grill. This is somewhat disappointing for a $5k+ grill.
