I ordered a grill on April 21 I ordered a grill on April 21, 2024 based on promised shipment within 24-72 hours from order which did not happen. My credit card was charged immediately without a shipment. Almost a week later the website continues to indicate the order is being processed. I have called numerous times only to hear all agents are busy. I sent a web page order status inquiry and then two emails requesting my order be cancelled all without receiving a response. I would recommend avoiding purchasing anything from bbqgrills.com as it appears to be a scam.

Misleads to sell and keep money Told us items were in stock and available to ship. We built the BBQ area to spec and months later they tell us it is not available and offers alternatives. We already have parts of this set installed and ordered the remaining pieces from them. The assured us several times the order will ship within weeks. Its been 7 months now and they finally tell us its not available.

In the past seven days, BBQGrills.com has not returned a single phone call or email regarding the status of my order. I have been unable to establish a single point of contact with the company. Their website says the order will ship within 24 to 72 hours, but that is simply not the case. The fact that no one will answer the phone and no one returns voicemails or emails should be a huge red flag. I’m going to file a complaint with my credit card company to have the charge reversed. BBQGrills clearly appears to be a scam of a company.

Great inventory and fast shipping BBQGrills had grill accessory that was sold out at most other retailers. They guaranteed their stock and shipped promptly after the order was placed. Great experience will use their site in the future.
