I ordered a grill on April 21 I ordered a grill on April 21, 2024 based on promised shipment within 24-72 hours from order which did not happen. My credit card was charged immediately without a shipment. Almost a week later the website continues to indicate the order is being processed. I have called numerous times only to hear all agents are busy. I sent a web page order status inquiry and then two emails requesting my order be cancelled all without receiving a response. I would recommend avoiding purchasing anything from bbqgrills.com as it appears to be a scam.

I came across BBQ Grills.com and they have good quality appliances at a great price along with free accessories. I have used these appliances for a year and work flawlessly. Great company and good customer service.

This company (BBQGrills.com) is so…wonderful for having in stock, hard to find parts for my gas grill. This company (BBQGrills.com) is so great for having everything in stock for my rare 23 year old PGS Model K-40 gas grill. I was able to purchase the very hard to find stainless ''H'' burner and the factory round ceramic briquettes for my unit. They also stocked several other parts for my K-40 that I'm sure I'll need in the future. I'm very lucky to find such a wonderful company that still stocks parts for my grill. I cannot express my happiness enough and thrilled to be a customer for this company. Thanks again !!

Misleads to sell and keep money Told us items were in stock and available to ship. We built the BBQ area to spec and months later they tell us it is not available and offers alternatives. We already have parts of this set installed and ordered the remaining pieces from them. The assured us several times the order will ship within weeks. Its been 7 months now and they finally tell us its not available.
