GBMisleads to sell and keep money Told us items were in stock and available to ship. We built the BBQ area to spec and months later they tell us it is not available and offers alternatives. We already have parts of this set installed and ordered the remaining pieces from them. The assured us several times the order will ship within weeks. Its been 7 months now and they finally tell us its not available.

GBOrdered a Napoleon grill from… Ordered a Napoleon grill from BBQGrills.com and the grill arrived timely, in perfect condition and with no issues. As part of my order I was entitled to a free wireless thermometer. When that thermometer became out of stock they let me select a replacement with my choice of any thermometer in their store. Customer service was friendly and responsive.

GBAnother in the line of frustrated… Another in the line of frustrated would-be customers. Enticed by the 24-72 hour shipping, I placed an online order. After waiting semi-patiently for a week, I started calling the ???Customer Support??? number. After 20 attempts with no answer, I left a message to please call me back within 24 hours or I would have my credit card company pull back the payment. Currently awaiting reply. EDIT: About an hour after posting this, I now have an update that my order has, (allegedly), left the warehouse with shipping carrier Estes and a PRO#/Tracking Number will be generated within 24 hours!

GBOrdered a grill cover Ordered a grill cover. Have tried emailing and calling with no reply or answer. They have replied to emails with auto-reply that someone would contact us within 12 - 24 hours, it’s been a week with no response. Worried we’ve been scammed. :(

GBI ordered an Oklahoma Joe smoker in December 2023 I ordered an Oklahoma Joe smoker in December 7, 2023. First given restock date January 2024. Given a different date in February 2024 then another date March 25, 2024. As of today now no explanation of a date at all. I have made several attempts to reach them by phone. Each time left messages to please call me back only response and calling me back was when I needed to ask questions about ordering a second smoker but that I would not order the second smoker until I actually had the opportunity to see and use the first. Once it was realized, I wasn’t going to purchase a second smoker at that time. I have not received another phone call or any information about my order. I understand this is a family owned business. Better communication would be helpful.
