Having ordered my Memphis Grill during… Having ordered my Memphis Grill during Apr of 2021 (mid-Covid) created its own challenges. I didn't receive the grill until Jan 2022. Ryan Maltbie was great to work with and very communicative. So, thank you for that. The grill, however, is very particular and is very difficult to fire up. When it finally starts (sometimes taking 20 minutes of smoke before the ignitor flames up), it does heat up fast and cooks great. Also, the screen has to be rebooted, nearly every time I use the grill. This is somewhat disappointing for a $5k+ grill.

Love my Sabre gas grill!!! I bought my Sabre gas grill from BBQGrills.com about 1 year ago. I chose this grill only because it fit the existing opening in my existing summer kitchen. Not only did it fit perfectly but the quality of the product far exceeded my expectation. Price was fair delivery was prompt and included. I use it 3-4 times a week and the performance is excellent. Can cook everything from steak to pizza to a whole turkey.

This company (BBQGrills.com) is so great for having everything in stock for my rare 23 year old PGS Model K-40 gas grill. I was able to purchase the very hard to find stainless ''H'' burner and the factory round ceramic briquettes for my unit. They also stocked several other parts for my K-40 that I'm sure I'll need in the future. I'm very lucky to find such a wonderful company that still stocks parts for my grill.
