GBI placed an order on April 21 I placed an order on April 21, 2024, and my card was immediately charged by a company called Malt & B, Inc. In the past seven days, BBQGrills.com has not returned a single phone call or email regarding the status of my order. I have been unable to establish a single point of contact with the company. Their website says the order will ship within 24 to 72 hours, but that is simply not the case. The fact that no one will answer the phone and no one returns voicemails or emails should be a huge red flag. I’m going to file a complaint with my credit card company to have the charge reversed. BBQGrills clearly appears to be a scam of a company.

GBI ordered a grill on April 21 I ordered a grill on April 21, 2024 based on promised shipment within 24-72 hours from order which did not happen. My credit card was charged immediately without a shipment. Almost a week later the website continues to indicate the order is being processed. I have called numerous times only to hear all agents are busy. I sent a web page order status inquiry and then two emails requesting my order be cancelled all without receiving a response. I would recommend avoiding purchasing anything from bbqgrills.com as it appears to be a scam.

GBTwo Grills Purchased I bought two Weber grills from BBQGrills in 2023 for two homes that I own. Both came on time and were expertly delivered right into my garage. I assembled them without difficulty and followed the Weber instructions. BBQGrills pricing and service was excellent for both grills. Thank you.

GBThey are not telling the truth about…shipping within 72 and they do not have product in stock as stated They are not telling the truth about shipping within 24 to 72 hours, I order a Halo Flat top, they are 2 days behind the 72 hours and they have refused to issue a credit or issue a tracking number, these people are unprofessional, dishonest and DO NOT have the HALO FLAT TOP IN STOCK as stated on the website

GBHaving ordered my Memphis Grill during… Having ordered my Memphis Grill during Apr of 2021 (mid-Covid) created its own challenges. I didn't receive the grill until Jan 2022. Ryan Maltbie was great to work with and very communicative. So, thank you for that. The grill, however, is very particular and is very difficult to fire up. When it finally starts (sometimes taking 20 minutes of smoke before the ignitor flames up), it does heat up fast and cooks great. Also, the screen has to be rebooted, nearly every time I use the grill. This is somewhat disappointing for a $5k+ grill.
