They are not telling the truth about…shipping within 72 and they do not have product in stock as stated They are not telling the truth about shipping within 24 to 72 hours, I order a Halo Flat top, they are 2 days behind the 72 hours and they have refused to issue a credit or issue a tracking number, these people are unprofessional, dishonest and DO NOT have the HALO FLAT TOP IN STOCK as stated on the website

Another in the line of frustrated… Another in the line of frustrated would-be customers. Enticed by the 24-72 hour shipping, I placed an online order. After waiting semi-patiently for a week, I started calling the ???Customer Support??? number. After 20 attempts with no answer, I left a message to please call me back within 24 hours or I would have my credit card company pull back the payment. Currently awaiting reply. EDIT: About an hour after posting this, I now have an update that my order has, (allegedly), left the warehouse with shipping carrier Estes and a PRO#/Tracking Number will be generated within 24 hours!

I bought a 44-inch Napoleon 700 series… I bought a 44-inch Napoleon 700 series and the roasting system here at BBQ grills...after making the purchase I decided to review the opinions of previous buyers and I must admit that I was quite concerned about a few negative comments but no longer I could cancel the purchase. I made it on March 20 and waited 72 hours, as they say, to receive the shipping update, which did not happen on the 5th, I sent an email that was not answered, on the 10th, that is, March 30, I called by phone and they immediately answered me. a lady who informed me that that same day all my purchases would leave the warehouse and that's how it was immediately changed the status of the order and the information of the carrier that would deliver my order and on April 11 I received everything in perfect conditions. I had to Call to get my order out but from then on everything was perfect.

I order the Napoleon Prestige 665 NG… I order the Napoleon Prestige 665 NG and absolutely love this grill. I live in Colorado and can get some high winds, but this grill instantly heats up to over 700 degree every time. I always fought to keep my old 6 burner grill hot, but this on I have to turn it down. Shipping was high quality, my only gripe was it took about 3 weeks to get, so I just missed grilling on Mother's Day.

I ordered an Oklahoma Joe smoker in December 2023 I ordered an Oklahoma Joe smoker in December 7, 2023. First given restock date January 2024. Given a different date in February 2024 then another date March 25, 2024. As of today now no explanation of a date at all. I have made several attempts to reach them by phone. Each time left messages to please call me back only response and calling me back was when I needed to ask questions about ordering a second smoker but that I would not order the second smoker until I actually had the opportunity to see and use the first. Once it was realized, I wasn’t going to purchase a second smoker at that time. I have not received another phone call or any information about my order. I understand this is a family owned business. Better communication would be helpful.
