Ordered a grill cover Ordered a grill cover. Have tried emailing and calling with no reply or answer. They have replied to emails with auto-reply that someone would contact us within 12 - 24 hours, it’s been a week with no response. Worried we’ve been scammed. :(

I order the Napoleon Prestige 665 NG… I order the Napoleon Prestige 665 NG and absolutely love this grill. I live in Colorado and can get some high winds, but this grill instantly heats up to over 700 degree every time. I always fought to keep my old 6 burner grill hot, but this on I have to turn it down. Shipping was high quality, my only gripe was it took about 3 weeks to get, so I just missed grilling on Mother's Day.

Ordered a Napoleon grill from… Ordered a Napoleon grill from BBQGrills.com and the grill arrived timely, in perfect condition and with no issues. As part of my order I was entitled to a free wireless thermometer. When that thermometer became out of stock they let me select a replacement with my choice of any thermometer in their store. Customer service was friendly and responsive.

I placed an order on April 21 I placed an order on April 21, 2024, and my card was immediately charged by a company called Malt & B, Inc. In the past seven days, BBQGrills.com has not returned a single phone call or email regarding the status of my order. I have been unable to establish a single point of contact with the company. Their website says the order will ship within 24 to 72 hours, but that is simply not the case. The fact that no one will answer the phone and no one returns voicemails or emails should be a huge red flag. I’m going to file a complaint with my credit card company to have the charge reversed. BBQGrills clearly appears to be a scam of a company.
