GBI recently ordered an expensive Grill… I recently ordered an expensive Grill from Grills Mart USA and I am becoming very concerned. At the time of the order, the company indicated that the grill typically ships 5-8 days from date of order. As of week 3 the grill has not shipped. I have tried to contact the company multiple times including 3 emails with no response. I tried to call but the phone number listed on the site is no longer active.

GBBuyer Beware You sent me the wrong product and refused to correct it. Customer service was insulting and pretended to not understand the problem. You are defrauding customers by advertising and selling products you do not deliver. BUYERS STAY AWAY FROM GRILLS MART!!! Many other companies sell these products. 2/23/23 I just read the manufacturer's response to my review and it is A COMPLETE LIE. Apparently this company intends to continue to deceive. I would be happy to publish my email correspondence with the company and provide photos of what was ordered and received. After I published my review I received an email from their customer service representative (Jessica) offering to actually send me the correct product I ordered if I take down my negative review. I wonder how many other customers they have tried to manipulate this way. I think the public deserves the truth about GrillsMart.
