GBProducts are guaranteed. Delighted with growth. I made my first purchase from DA Roses in early spring. The bare root roses arrived promptly (appreciated since there’s a high shipping fee). We planted them within a week of receiving them, following instructions we found on their YouTube page. All products we bought from them are now flourishing, already filled out with beautiful leaves. We are excited to see how quickly they are growing fingers crossed for blooms. One of the best characteristics of this company is the five year guarantee. I highly recommend.

GBOnce great now I have no idea I have a Pat Austin 20 years old great rose! I purchased an Eglantyne Great rose I'm on my 3rd Munstead Wood I was refunded for the last it did'nt make it a week after planting. I've been a rose enthusiats for over 30 yeasr I have some great rare gems what I recieved today was a bare root with what is essentially a single branched graft on one side crossigng eachother I will plant it & hope for the best but feel this Item should have been culled rather than packed it will be a 2 cane wonder in very short time like so many body bag roses that are badly grafted. As I said the grafts are crossed that close it will never have a a great form it will be lopsided for at least 3 to 4 years before any susbatntial growth

GBI brought two standard roses together… I brought two standard roses together from DA, Planted them side by side , one failed and the other thrived. I contacted DA customer service and they told me it was airborne issue, My reply how it it my other standard rose was not affected also? They fobbed me off and gave me instructions to try and save it. I asked politely Per DA customer guarantee for a full replacement please. They didn’t want to know and washed there hands of responsibility. Buyers beware DA will not replace your rose if it fails! 😞

GBHello - Positive Feedback Hello, I felt compelled to write to share my positive experience. I ordered two red rose root stock for my garden and having been planted 6 weeks they are doing so well. I wasn't expecting roses in the first year however given the buds appearing am expectant of seeing some. Quality always bears fruit that's for sure!! Thank you

GBA lesson in manners is needed for this shop assistant First visit to David Austin Roses shop and plant centre in 12 months due to the virus. A nice place to spend a couple of hours.Pity the young female till operative needed a lesson in manners when addressing customers, I only asked if any garden layout plans were available and I got an extremely rude and abrupt “no we haven’t!” A bit of customer courtesy re- training wouldn’t go amiss if you want your old customers to come flocking back.
