USProducts are guaranteed. Delighted with growth. I made my first purchase from DA Roses in early spring. The bare root roses arrived promptly (appreciated since there’s a high shipping fee). We planted them within a week of receiving them, following instructions we found on their YouTube page. All products we bought from them are now flourishing, already filled out with beautiful leaves. We are excited to see how quickly they are growing fingers crossed for blooms. One of the best characteristics of this company is the five year guarantee. I highly recommend.

GBWhat a joy it is to receive roses from David Austin.. What a joy it is to receive roses from David Austin roses! I ordered a number last year and they have recovered beautifully from a very harsh Aberdeenshire winter and are going to very soon look glorious climbing and rambling over our house and garden. I have just received another order and they have arrived quickly, looking shiny and healthy...perfectly packaged in recyclable packaging... I feel like it is my birthday.... Thank you for giving us so much pleasure.

USPoor Customer Service One of two roses ordered in January was delivered in March. Six weeks later an email stated the second rose would be shipped in 10 days. Two weeks have passed; no one answers the customer service number even though my call was placed during identified hours and no email updates or account updates. Whether I get the second rose or not, I probably will not order from them again. Too many other vendors who at least answer the customer service line and too many other beautiful roses in the world.

GBA lesson in manners is needed for this shop assistant First visit to David Austin Roses shop and plant centre in 12 months due to the virus. A nice place to spend a couple of hours.Pity the young female till operative needed a lesson in manners when addressing customers, I only asked if any garden layout plans were available and I got an extremely rude and abrupt “no we haven’t!” A bit of customer courtesy re- training wouldn’t go amiss if you want your old customers to come flocking back.
