Good company no problems I ordered from this company with NO ISSUE! I received very nice delphinium plants from them. The plants grew well. This is a hard business but, I felt a need to review them because I am a good gardener and I never had a bad experience with them.

Dishonest I placed an order for fall plants, and didn't hear back about shipping for a while. I emailed asking if I could cancel because it was getting late in the season, then that lit a fire under them because they printed the label a few hours later and then responded right after said label was printed to say sorry, it can't be canceled because the label was already printed for shipping. That's just dishonest. I won't be using them again.

They don't honor their guarantee They don't honor their guarantee. Sell you product that doesn't grow and replace it with another dead item and keep your money. Supervisors are busy and customer service reps take you information and pretend a Supervisor will call you to discuss your concerns, but they don't.

The bulbs I received were large and healthy The bulbs I received were large and healthy but not the colors they should have been. The company was very quick to issue me a refund and I appreciate them doing that. I would order again from them.
