US"Shipped" but never showed up Placed two orders from American Meadows on 20 March 2024, and they stated the ship week was 8 April. Everything was going as planned when one order "shipped" 8 April and the other "shipped" 10 April. However, all they did was print the shipping label, and the tracking with USPS still has not updated from this status. I called twice and was told the first time the warehouse dropped off the first order with USPS on 8 April. I asked for proof and they said they had none. I was told to just wait. The second time I called it was after both orders had not changed status for at least three days. The second person did not even ask for an order number, my name, or anything. They just stated "this has been happening a lot", though every other vendor I ordered from and who shipped through USPS recently has been fine. I emailed them yesterday and am awaiting a response, though do not think that will solve anything. They said they have a 10-day policy after "shipping" before cancelling, though I cannot find evidence of this anywhere on their website or in their emails. This company feels scammy to me and poorly-run. I should have read the other reviews before ordering from them.

USCalled to check on original order Called to check on original order. Advised was probably lost in the mail. I was sent a replacement order which arrived today. Plant pots were tossed into shipping box with no packing so all the plants were out of pots and damaged. Quality of the plant is poor, scraggly. The initial order was also delivered today. Those plants had been nicely packed but after being in the mail for so long were dried out and in terrible shape. Good Bye forever American Meadows.

USNice music but the phone is an issue.. For two days in a row I have tried to call to check on my order. The time is a little before 5PM central. Phone message on recording says someone will be with me in about 4 minutes. After 16 minutes of nice music the recorder says to leave a message. I expect they have closed but they need a better way if someone should call near or past their closing time. Also the prompts are not clear as to what type of help customers need. After following directions it seems like most is for the care of the plant. I am just trying to find out what has happened to my order. My past experience is that the employees are helpful and the plants have always been healthy and packed well. But management needs to improve the messaging with the phone. If after hours, say so and for me, better explanations on the prompts.

USThe bulbs I received were large and healthy The bulbs I received were large and healthy but not the colors they should have been. The company was very quick to issue me a refund and I appreciate them doing that. I would order again from them.
