As someone pointed out they ship bit… As someone pointed out they ship bit slow but for most part I can garden all year long as in Florida so due only to slow shipping I give only 4 stars however the different types of flower seeds I have purchased from them in bulk have grown great. So several years of buying .

No Follow Through I ordered 50 packets of seeds for distribution at a memorial service in special ordered envelopes. The order details indicated that they would ship the very next day. Eight days later I received an email saying that they're out of stock and cancelling my order and completely leaving me in the lurch. So, if you actually want or need something then I wouldn't order from this site.

They made good I ordered from them last year and received nicely packed,beautiful plants. They even sent two new plants when the first ones died, so I ordered from them again this year. My mistake, no tracking on the plants just said a label has been issued. When they did arrive, half were dead. I called them right away, I was told to send a picture to their help desk. I did, no response. I called, hold time 4 minutes.i hung up after an hour and a half. I tried the next day, again an hour I also called on my cellphone, so I was on hold on both. I hung up after another hour. I’ve sent them an email requesting some kind of response. So far nothing. I think I will try to dispute this with my credit card. I definitely won’t be ordering from them again. Update, I received an email after posting this and they have resent my order with strong beautiful plants, I don’t know if it was my email or this review .I am pleased with these plants and will give them another chance.. next year.

Dishonest I placed an order for fall plants, and didn't hear back about shipping for a while. I emailed asking if I could cancel because it was getting late in the season, then that lit a fire under them because they printed the label a few hours later and then responded right after said label was printed to say sorry, it can't be canceled because the label was already printed for shipping. That's just dishonest. I won't be using them again.

The bulbs I received were large and healthy The bulbs I received were large and healthy but not the colors they should have been. The company was very quick to issue me a refund and I appreciate them doing that. I would order again from them.
