They not only hear, but also listen with their hearts to my wishes, and the arrangements are always executed with that heartfelt touch, and they comply. Even out-of-town florists provide excellent service. They even assist with the wording on the card. Also, their polite reminders are quite helpful.

Experienced gardener Experienced gardener. Don't buy their bare root roses online they don't grow or survive. One of eight survived. Return policy is not 1 year but 90 days per their customer service email. Makes purchases too risky. I have many roses thriving but not the ones purchased from them.

Over priced Over priced, and rose died after 7 months.. was beautiful until that point and had a 6 month guarantee..go figure..don't waste your money!

i ordered bare root roses and planted… i ordered bare root roses and planted as instruction and watered as instructed stems turned blacj=k and they never leafed out. i have emailed them mult times with no response. how can a company with the highest prices anywhere not afford to staff a live person hone, esp in the summer months when cliients will redictly have problemsa/ very unimpressed as they boast of impeccable customer service. its like a compay who sells only christmas merchandise shutting down their phones in nov and dec. 50 years ago jackson and erkins didnt have much competition , not so much any more, wake up j and p

First & LAST Time Customer Ordered three varieties of hostas and an orchid frost ground cover - two of the four plants arrived in acceptable condition, if overpriced for the size. Immediately reached out to customer service with photos and was told that the plants have a 90 day guarantee so to follow up with them later. First and LAST time I patron this site. Back to thetreecenter.com for me - not sure why I didn’t just stick with them, I’ve always been very pleased with their plants.
