GBPLANTS WERE NOT HEALTHY AND VERY SMALL i was so excited to get this package then so disappointed in what showed up. The rose as Black Spot Disease and the hydrangea is a cutting in a 4 inch pot. I paid $29.95 for the Hydrangea and $44.95 for the rose and $22.00 for shipping. A complete waste of money. UPDATE: THEY FULL REFUNDED MY $

GBPlease don't buy. Fancy site bad service Like all the below experiences. Mine has been the same. 1. Immediate confirmation. 2. Take the money 3. Make some claim of date that J&K will ship which I am not supposed to know. The standard response of the shipment is prepared but not yet shipped. Why because their horticulturist are waiting for stars to align.

GBThis company used to be great This company used to be great. They are terrible now. Customer service must have been outsourced. Can’t understand them. After I placed at $200 order, I heard nothing back from them. Called twice, first person said they were being shipped. Second person said they were out of stock until beginning of March. No communication from them about back order. Finally I canceled the whole thing out of frustration. I didn’t know what happened to this company but I’m not ordering from them again.

GBI love it!! I adore this stunning tulip arrangement. This is the most stunning arrangement I've ever received. A transparent glass vase contains three bouquets of tulips, each packed separately. What a creative way to present them. They are gradually becoming more open. It's just amazing. Thank you for your originality and artistry.

GBPoor quality and poor packaging. Don't buy online from J&P I ordered two plants from Jackson and Perkins at different times during the growing season. One a magnolia and the other a cherry. The magnolia came crushed in a box and had to be pruned down 60 percent. The cherry came will yellow and black-spotted leaves. I cannot recommend online ordering from J&P based on these plants. Other online companies have sent higher quality and better packaged plants. As an experienced gardener I give them zero green thumbs.
